The staff is good but they are so unbelievably slow you'd think this was a government organization. This place is slower than a autistic snail. For a 45 min wait i was in the waiting room for an hour and a half then they put me in a room for a physical and i think they forgot about me. I been sitting here for 45 mins in the room. I had to walk out and ask if they forgot about me.

The front receptionist lady was extremely rude ignorant and unprofessional, was more concerned with playing on her cell phone than taking care of people in line. Once I got to the back the back staff was very friendly.

Staff was very good....personable and professional. My first time there and I was very surprised and pleased.The receptionist, initial exam with Vietnamese (I was stationed there, 2x), the PA...was perfect in everyway). Whoever preps staff for interaction with public has done well!!A special treat was interacting with your lovely staff from Vietnam. Luke the others that assisted me...she's a keeper.

Harrisburg sucks, had to go to Carlisle for a physical because the front desk didn't want to call over for an authorization. I will not go there if I don't have to. I think they need more training and etiquette if you ask me. I hope a supervisor calls me to find out what happened, will give the a piece of my mind.

The front desk always has an attitude. They are not respectful at all. I am sure they have great doctors but the people working front desk has got to change.

Parking lot is over crowded and there is no space. My appointment was at 10:30am didn’t get seen till 12:30pm. The Asian doctor looking at my eyes for my physical was rude. The only good thing was some lady put out snacks cause she knew the patients in the waiting room had been there for hours and were starving. This was so ghetto & inconvenient. Will never willfully go here again I only did because my employer sent me here.
