I used to go here almost every week, but ever since a few months ago when they redesigned the place, its almost a hassle to find what I'm looking for. They took the plus size section and mixed it in with all of the regular sizes so now you have to go through every aisle to try to find anything in your size. It was SO much better when all I had to do was walk to the back where I knew my section was, and be in and out in 30 mins! The last time I went (Jan '24) it took over an hour to find anything good, and I was mentally exhausted afterwards! (After a full work day I like to go thrifting to relax.....there goes that...)

The young man working in the back today, at the donations bay, was rude and unfriendly. He was helping someone else unload donations and when I asked if it was okay for me to leave my items by the entrance, he was obviously annoyed that I was even addressed him. This is the last time I'll be donating anything to this store and will stick with Goodwill.

Community Aid has been my go to thrift store for years because of all the issues with Salvation Army donating to hate groups and Good Will under paying staff. I have always been happy to shop at community aid.
However, I visited this location today and I couldn’t believe the prices. $13 for “specialty mugs and glasses”, $10 for medium picture frames, I even saw things from the Dollar Tree for double and triple the price!…I could buy these things cheaper or the same price brand new at the store. Very disappointed.

This place is awesome. Alot of parking, spacious and clean inside. Every week day has a different discount which is nice. Highly recommend this store!
