Just placed a phone call to xfinity/Comcast and I am so disgusted with this company after being a loyal customer for more than 20 years I was informed that the fees I am being charged on my bill are mandated no matter what I watch on my TV. I think this is highway robbery on there part. I am not and never have been a sports fanatic but I was told that even if I do not watch sports I must paid the regional sports fee which is mandatory and if I do not want to pay this bill I would have to downgrade my channels and internet speed. How disgusting is that. People beware of the terrible business practice and report them to the BBB. A class action lawsuit isn't a bad idea either.

Comcast decides to just shut off all ports on their 2 boxs, except for RF coax. No warning, they just turned HDMI, RGB and RCA AUDIO. They said after years of us using them, that we would have to buy an HD package to reactivate those ports. Another $30 on top of the $360 we already pay for business. They said we would have to use the Coax, so that means rewiring 4 tvs from hdmi to coax cable. I'm done with their service home & business. They will lose over 6,000.00 a year from just us, cut the cord. HD antennae with tablo, roku and streaming services. Who wants to pay all that money to watch 4 channels and still have to watch commercials? Smh

Geez!! I was definitely thinking about going to Comcast from DISH because I can't get unlimited internet with DISH, but after reading all of these reviews, no way!!!!! Thanks for sharing!

I have a complaint about the recruiter that contacted me for a job interview. It was an older woman, she left a message on my phone to call her back. I realized that only a few minutes had gone by since I had missed the call, so I tried calling back. The phone rang, but there was no answer. I tried calling again to see if I could get her voice mail to leave a message. She answered the phone and started yelling at me. She told me that she was trying to talk on the phone and that she couldn't because I kept calling. I was appalled at her verbal display of unprofessionalism. If the recruiters for employment act that way, I hate to say it, but it kind of leaves a bad taste in your mouth about the company itself.

I had no idea dealing with Comcast could be so good. 5 minutes after going in I was out with what I needed after dealing with a pleasant associate.

Service and employees were extremely kind and nice. That was not the issue. I came to pick up equipment and literally waited forever in line because they clearly are not appropriately staffed. Would have been much worse had numerous ppl in front of me not given up and left. Only recommend as a last resort or if you have all day

I have to agree totally woth Nuke L. Signed up for service in March, agreeing to use them because of the 200 dollar gift card I was to receive "in 30 days". Well, after 6 MONTHS, am still waiting for the card. Called Comcast "customer service " ( fucking joke), was told I wasn't eligible. After reading them the promo code from the mailing I received, they said that it expired in April. I told them I signed up in March, they basically called me a liar. After 45 minutes of being switched back and forth to every English speaking petson on the planet, I was offered a FIFTY dollar card to "appease " me. Told them to shove the card up his ass. Never, and I mean NEVER use these lying, cheating schmucks EVER

I've had nothing but bad experiences with Comcast since switching. I don't usually post a lot of bad reviews but if one person can decide against Comcast by reading this then it's worth it. If you're signing up BEWARE the rep. I had lied flat out and promised us ESPN's specifically (I said that's mainly all I wanted) and many other channels as well. He even sent a link to a channel list of what I would get for said price. I was sure upset when the tech installed my cable box and I had no ESPN's and many other channels. GIFT CARD: was promised a visa gift card for signing up too! nope, they said it takes 14-16 weeks and when they check mine said I was un-eligible!!! Customer Service; Horrible, called them several times and every time get the run around from a rep then they promise a manager. Well neither can do anything for you and like to pass the buck. I talked to them today just to add my wife as an authorized user (after I'd already done it online a few weeks ago) and the rep could even understand that or make it happen. That was the last straw and so here I am. Don't Buy Comcast Xfinity! PERIOD

Comcast has the worst customer service! I hate comcast! So many times the quality is terrible try watching the NFL network and half the time the voices of the persons talking can't be heard. Oh yeah, comcast calls and leaves messages that the box needs upgraded. Well, then send the box. Prices keep rising and the quality keeps dropping. I hate comcast! Oh and do you get any kind of credit when their services don't work?.... NO! It's practically a MONOPOLY! I would go with the dish but I just don't wan't that big round item hanging on my house! I wish someone would start a new cable service that will knock Comcast to their knees. They are so expensive and service is horrible.
