Don’t come here. They be asking stupid questions like it’s not obvious… I came to deposit money, not answer a million stupid questions. And no this is not security questions. both of them workers can get it frfr. The one fat white guy needs to stand up while working bc he’s not getting stuff done. And the lady need to stop asking dumb questions. As if I didn’t hand her all my information. Like can you not read or what????

- Citizens closed their branch in Harrisburg, the capital city of the State. The closest branch is miles out in suburbia.- I closed a credit card in Nov'22 but it's still being reported to the credit bureaus as open. I tried calling the credit card # at Citizens but the automated menus do not recognize my now-closed credit card account #, and there is no option to get through to a human.- I have a Citizens IRA account that shows up online when I log in, but when I click to go to the details of the account I just get a page saying "This action cannot be performed."- I called a branch and talked to a nice enough employee there, but he could not help with anything. He said Citizens will do nothing to report my card account as being closed to the credit bureaus. Instead he said I have to file disputes with all 3 credit bureaus to correct Citizen's error.- The branch employee also could not answer how I can log into my IRA.*** 100% FAIL ***

Getting so very tired of this bank's inaccessibility to their business customers!! First Covid caused them to close an hour early at 4 instead of 5 pm almost 2 YEARS AGO so you have to leave your business to do your banking and now I went through the drive thru at 3:25 and no one was coming to the window - no sign posted - I ring the bell and a representative says - "oh, we have to close early due to staffing shortages"!! But does she help me? - does she take my deposit? no - of course not. I used to LOVE this bank and the people were the best part - I sure hope they get back to having good customer service.

I’ve had the worst experience with these people. They put a hold on my check and over drew my act. They are no help at all keep saying they’re gonna call me back I never do I’ve called them back three times never got a callback from them horrible customer service

The day I opened up my first account i felt pressured and uncertian, due to the lack of integrity they expressed for me. I was ok for the first month of services. Then i started getting fees and charges for things that did not make sense. Somehow, I ended up with seven debit cards for my accounts with no good reason for it. I never got an explination for why they continued to send me debit cards. They did not explain much or work well with resolving my issues. I have had accounts reviewed without my knowledge or even my permisson. Not the best banking experience by far.
