The sales manager Tanner is one of the most inconsiderate and most disrespectful people to deal with. I pointed out some faults in the car he undermined the matter and acted as though the car was perfectly. I asked to talk to the General Manager he stated “I am in the one who is in charge here and no one is above” even though he previously did consult the General Manager. Tanner had no sense of urgency to get the deal done, and any matter he was very nonchalant. After we finally agreed on a price, after ignoring all the disrespectful manner we had our money prepared but when we were nearing the closing time he says to us that they don’t have the title for us to take the car home. Even though I came the day before to choose the car and even left a deposit on the car, they still were not prepared.

Excellent dealer, went in and was greeted by a great Sales Consultant Baz Basanti, he helped us decide which vehicle was right for us. He even went feature to feature and went with a lower trim vehicle based on our desired features. He was genuine and wanted to have us go home pleased with the car and comfortable with our purchase. The rest of the staff were kind as well but if it were not for Baz, we may not have purchased the vehicle. Highly recommend him to anyone!

Tried to buy a cash car from here. Was calling for days and they kept ignoring me because I was trying to buy from out of state. I told them I could give them proof of flight and a deposit to hold the vehicle one more week. Manager said he couldn’t do that because he’ll be paying for inventory fees but the car had been there 2 months already so what’s another 3 days? they still said no. I called about three days before the another person bought the vehicle and they said first come first serve which doesn’t make any sense when I was interested way before the other person.

I just bought a used car from Ciocca Honda in Hbg. It was an excellent experience. Kristi was very helpful and accommodating when it came to test driving the car and walking me through the purchase process. Evan did a great job at helping me get the best financing, and Tannar did a great job at covering all of the bases and making sure I had a good experience. I’m very happy with the results I had and will be going back in the future
