I called this place @ approximately 11:30 am today to have my vehicle towed I was told the driver would call when he was coming. It is now5:57 pm… not a call text nothing I will absolutely not do business with this company, they showed me all I need to know.

Just recently moved to Linglestown from Florida. I typically do all my own work however I needed a wheel bearing pressed on my Saturn S series and did not have a press. Kenny answered the phone promptly and politely when I called and was able to accommodate me next day. I dropped off my knuckle and he called me 30 minutes later to tell me it was all done. Very nice mom and pop shop hard to find these days. Keep up the great service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ looking forward to doing business again in the future. Thanks again. Cheers. George

This place is not like your regular automotive shops, the owners Kenny and Tammi treat their employees like family and are actual role models to workers. This shop is one of the best in that area with outstanding work and very reasonable prices. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a shop with integrity and professionalism

Not sure what the deal is with this place but my experience has been…Phones left off the hook.Email contact for requests left without being answered.Being left on hold for 15 minutes listening to the owner and his employees chitchat about Pomeranian and husky dogs, which ultimately ended up with their phone being left off the hook so that no other customers can call in for the rest of the day.But the ultimate reason why I would say don’t go here to waste your time or more importantly money is that the will price gouge you on parts.I called up to get a new exhaust system for my diesel truck… He gave me a quote for a banks exhaust system downpipe back $800 plus installation totaling 1100+ dollars. He told me he would get me pricing on a lesser expensive and a more expensive system… I Waited a week and received no contact then tried calling to no avail. I left three messages after being given a ridiculous Excuse once of him being out on a test drive and never got a call back… but what should really keep you away from this place is that the most expensive exhaust system that banks makes for my truck is $450 bucks and shipping sure, as heck is not $350 so if you want to be gouged stop on by this place and talk to this guy. I’m not gonna waste my time though I’ll turn a wrench and keep money in my pocket and turn to fleet pride when need be.What is up with mechanics thinking that there holier than all holiness God‘s gift whatever you wanna call it without the time or concern or care to have any level of customer service. Let alone common sense as to what is up certainly out of line to charge. It’s just a diesel truck if you got a charge that much bank for a production exhaust system and charge installation you all got problems.I had to do the work myself to get my truck running as my emissions had my truck in limp mode.I’ve never touched an exhaust and it out and replaced with a straight pipe in 2 hours in my driveway on cardboard with no jacking up or complaining.

I got new break pads and Rotors and they had me in-and-out in an hour and a 1/2 I felt they were on the expensive side...but I was very happy

Had to have my truck towed for no start. c&p picked it up the driver we friendly and polite took great care of my truck needed a starter the mechanic was very helpful and explained everything before repairs. 10 stars

I was broke down on a busy road in Harrisburg and needed a tow, I googled towing services near me and they popped up. After two or three rings they picked right up and answered the phone, very kind a courteous through the whole process, and the pricing was less than what I expected. I will be recommending all my friends and family in Harrisburg to these guys!! Thanks again for making a bad situation a easy process!

was in a car accident and decided to take my car to be repaired here. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! My insurance company was going to pay for the repairs so they needed an estimate, in which pictures had to be taken and sent to an adjuster. They had my car for over 6 weeks, I kept getting excuses from them that it was my insurance company or the technician was out sick. Finally I went in to see what the issue was, the manager walked out and said you need a new insurance company, they are cheap! My insurance company is Liberty Mutual, I have premium insurance, I found out later they were sending the estimate to the incorrect email address. My car sat out in the snow for weeks with the bare engine exposed to the snow and bad weather we were having. Finally 6 weeks passes by I'm fed up, I call and tell Steve I need my car soon, he asks when do you need it by??? What kind if repair shop asks that??????? I finally come to pick up my car and when I arrive I notice paint peeling and small hole in my bumper. At this point I'm confused, because I was told it was ready. Steve runs out and says "I owe you a car wash". Anyone with eyes could clearly see it needs more than a car wash. He proceeds to tell me "I've been doing this for 40 years" and starts complaining about how much the parts cost on my car. I leave with my car and schedule to come back to have the issues repaired. He says he only needs it for a day..well a day turned into a week! Now I got my car back and there is a large bubble and paint is peeling all over the fender. When I took the car back to show them the issues I'm greeted with 4 staff members walking out, one of the staff members has a gun on his belt. Was all of this necessary??? I ask him to pay for the repairs at another garage and he refuses and offers to fix it. At this point i will never bring any of my cars to them!

11/2021We can't help but give them a good rating..We broke down the day before Thanksgiving..Called them up they were willing to take a look and had us out of that garage the same day... highly impressed..?? Can't say enough good about their service..I can only say the price seemed a little high ???? Furthermore, I was charged a credit card surcharge that they did not inform me about at estimate.. I added this because I specifically asked if they took credit card, cuz I planned to use discover card... And I looked around while we stood there waiting on the estimate to get done and didn't see any signs that said there was a charge for credit card use... Otherwise, I would have gladly brought cash and saved some money..... So save money - bring cashKenny and Tammy are awesome their service is awesome the place is awesome and we love Mia too...hahaI can only almost with the tear thank them so much for help making my Thanksgiving so much better..
