Their drivers are the worst. They drive through red lights and stop signs. Today in Philadelphia the driver of Van 210 went through a stop sign with students aboard and almost crashed into my car. Management needs to do something about these irresponsible drivers before they cause a tragedy.

I just witnessed van #505 on Union Deposit road screaming profanities at another driver at the light by Wendy’s. I mean SCREAMING at them. Then when the light turned green, he sped off doing at least 70 mph. I called the number for the transportation office and the lady who answered the phone was really nice, hopefully that guy isn’t going to be driving anymore. Especially when the sign in the van said it transports school children. ?

Extremely unsafe driver - aggressivly followed other cars closely to their bumpers, speeding through 25 mph zones in Lemoyne on 5/4/22 around 11:45 am. Passed cars on the left by driving straight through a left turn only lane at a red light.

My 8yr old daughter was taken to Steelton and we live in Harrisburg. After talking to her school they informed me that Boyo didn't follow protocol in notifying the school that a substitute driver. I contacted Boyo and spoke with a supervisor and explained my concerns in which the Supervisor replied whats your concern in which i explained that i will address this matter with another authority.

Has forgotten my daughter more times I can count, tried to refuse her a car seat because it wasn’t ‘in the order’. Writing this as the bus is now 49 minutes late because they forgot to pick her up again.

My son's driver is amazing but the service in general is not. She got into trouble for allowing my son to sit up front. He's 6ft and over 300 pounds , he is perfectly capable of sitting up front. She isn't allowed to give me her phone number so I can call her if my son can't go that day or if I'm late getting home in the rare times that happens.

My daughter's bus is continuously running late, up to over an hour late. They continously forget to pick her up and I have to call in to have my child picked up. When I do call in, I'm given attitude and basically told to get over it "because they're doing they're job". They're awful at their jobs. I pay for my child to go to school and she's constantly late because the bus company has incompetent employees. I would give zero stars if I could. The employees are a joke.

The worst transportation ever! They are disrespectful to kids/passengers even the dispatchers are disrespectful phones barely work, they are always late, then when u been waiting for so long to go back in they pull up stay 1 sec and pull off when they supposed to wait 2min smh..I'm glad to be done with these ignorant people do not feel safe for my child.. Bus driver Margaret or whatever your name is need to be the 1 driving to the mental institution not the passengers with your evil ignorant self
