Great customer service and selection!

They had a nice selection, however the customer service was not what I was expecting. The manager was rude and we felt like a huge inconvenience. My son had a necklace purchased from their Timonium location that was tarnished. I was told we had to contact the manufacturer, which was fine. We however did not have the receipt and when I asked the associate if they could print one out using our phone number (we have an account) I was told I had to take that up with the manufacturer… but I cannot do that without a receipt. I was excited to shop there, as we drove over an hour and half to get there, but we will not be returning.

This was the 1st time in this place oh man how I wish I was rich! But if your looking for cowboy boots or anything country this is the store!

Wasn’t a terrible experience when I’ve gone.nothing crazy.store personal are often busy.the inventory is ok.the boot section is great.when someone does help you they are very helpful.but I do recommend.

Boot Barn is our favorite go to store every year. We are in our sixties and it is really hard to find "Cute" clothes for the wife. The main stream clothing is horrible. Leave it to the Cowboys and Cowgirls to fix that problem!!! We have been married for 33 years and I have always been able to walk into a store and pick out clothes for her, but that became harder as the years went by...thats why Boot Barn is our go to Clothing store!!
The staff at your Harrisburg store are outstanding!!! Everyone was so helpfull, Nice and the store immaculate!

The boots were organized well, these ones are this way, those are another way; unless they are just out of order from the customers.The bathroom wasn't real nice or clean, it's not like a nasty truck stop, but 5 minutes would do a lot.

So I took my wife to get her first pair of boots. Kylie was excellent in helping find the right style of boot and made her comfortable. Levi was also down to earth and helped me complete my second multi- hundred dollar purchase.
