Thank you for everything!! I was able to switch over from metro to boost with the help of Charlie, who was able to get all the information I needed to switch. He also sat with me and helped me transfer all my stuff over to the new device. Customer service was 11/10 thanks again!

My experience with Charlie at Boost on Market St. Harrisburg PA was awesome! He was able to trouble-shoot My problem with my phone and switch me from Metro to Boost with same number!
I highly recommend him.

On wednesday I called, and a lady answer the phone to me and say she does not speak spanish and hang up on my face. I keep calling and calling and never picked it. I felt she was raicist for the way she treated me.

The place is good, you find service in English and Spanish but they are a little slow to serve and they always want to sell you everything they can since if you go for a cell phone you leave with 10 more accessories and that makes the price of the phone go up a lot. the products
