They will send you info at the beginning of the year with a checklist of the forms they will need. After I gather everything, I just drop it off at their office and they call you if they have questions or are missing something. Then they notify you when your taxes are finished and you make an appointment to go over the forms and sign. Carrie and her staff are very professional and will respond in a timely manner to any questions. I used to do our own taxes but now that we're retired I didn't want to deal with all the different tax rules. They are very reasonable and well worth the stress free process.”
