Dominic was a very very nice I new what I wanted and he showed me to the lift recliners, I'm in a wheelchair an he was very respectful of my condition. I love the recliner I picked out with Dominic's help. Thank you.

Everything was great. Furniture was delivered fully intact with no missing parts or damage. Only thing I'd change is being able to choose a time frame on the delivery date instead of having it chosen for you. But i understand why that would be difficult to do, so I'm satisfied overall.

We were extremely pleased with our experience at Bobs. We loved the options we had. It made choosing a couch and a mattress easy. We really liked the number options for firmness vs softness of the mattresses to get an idea of what suited us best.
On top of that, the associate that helped us, Dave, was a big help too. He made us feel comfortable with our choices and wasn’t pushy at all. He explained why each product may or may not suit us based on our needs but made sure we had plenty to choose from still. He was very kind and we drove home saying “man, I really liked Dave.”
Overall great experience. We left buying a mattress and a couch that were perfect for us. We’re definitely coming back here when we’re ready for more furniture.

Walked into Bobs today, I was welcomed by salesperson T.M Sinclair, great guy with great personality. I totally recommend him, he's a great sales man. He helped me get a living room set and set me up with financing my furniture. I'm a happy customer.

This was my first time buying anything from Bob's furniture. Morgan my lovely sales associate helped me through the whole process. I appreciate how I asked her a bunch of questions and she didn't mind answering them. The whole staff made sure I knew what the process was going to look like. Justine the maganager is great, friendly and over all just all pleasant to talk to. I do appreciate everyone involved in this sale.
