I called Mr Bob office before having my car " TOWED" over and spoke directly with his Wife., and previously spoke with him directly about working on my car. Thus you can imagine my surprise when Mr. Bob calls me asking who car is in his lot and that he doesn't work on that make and model. I had explained to him that I spoke this morning with his wife verifying before towing over my car and now would face a back charge from my roadside service .. I'm totally upset and shocked at the lack of regards, concern, and cost to me from them deciding to change there mind on what they worked on. SMHHHHHHHH
