Offers a limited selection of typically good quality brands in the tech industry. If you're coming here for computer parts, the selection will be quality, but the variation is limited. Everything else, from fridges to air purifiers, to name brand speakers and headphones, as well as a wide variety of low-end and high end mouse and keyboards.

Manager here pointed me no where but right back into the vicious cycle I was caught in between the 800 number blaming the store and the manager saying that’s what they do and basically giving me the 800 number I already was in the loop with.
Never dealing with Best Buy again after this dude

If you can't find what your looking for in this place forget about finding it. Salesforce is very knowledgeable and very friendly I asked a lot of questions about laptops and he answered every question. Had to go to Geek Squad for an issue I was having and that guy was a genius lol he got me up and running in a very short time.
