2012 Ford Escape
I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from this dealership in July. It performed well on the test drive. Took it home and ran it through a carwash. Water pours through the sunroof! Not a big deal we were able to clean out the tracks and fix that. The bigger issue was the windshield not having a seal. We figured this out when it was taken on the highway the first time. $300 to fix that. A few days later, it doesn't start. $125 for a new battery! Now it is making a clicking noise when we try to start it. This "affordable" vehicle is quickly becoming a money pit. I should have checked more reviews before purchasing, shame on me.

Wow , amazing customer service, the prices of these cars are so good that they get sold immediately , although it did not get to buy the vehicle I was after there, Joe went above and beyond to check his inventory to see if there was anything else that was comparable, he was attentive to my needs and committed clearly, responded to all my questions very quickly. I'll be going in to below blue book auto sales to see Joe for my next vehicle . 100%

This dealership sold me a lemon. I bought a 2007 Ford Edge, the radio didn't work- they agreed to send me a head unit and replace it. Weeks went by and they kept giving me the run around always telling me the owner wasn't there to help me. I came in person and they yes'd me to death, gave them my address and they never mailed it or even attempted to call me "when it came in". Probably because they never were going to order it. 3 months went by (I called and emailed them numerous times) and they still never emailed me my "warranty". The power steering locked up on me and I took it to a mechanic and they said it was the rack and pinon. That was $1700 to fix. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I had it for 3 months and couldn't drive it after that.

Bought a car under the impression the engine light was off came on the same day I bought it they tell you there’s a warranty but don’t give you any paperwork or information on it. (It covers nothing) he did take it back for a week to have the engine light fixed it was off for about 2 days and popped back on. Then he refused to answer my messages about such but did give me the number for warranty. ESP light also on and off never looked at and heat spazes out never looked out. Only giving 2 stars because he was willing to try to get the engine light off even though he didn’t succeed. Don’t buy your used car here! It WILL be unsafe and have issues!!!! Also when you test drive it you’ll have to put your own gas $$ in

WORST EVER (I MEAN EVER)! DON'T TRUST THE LYING REVIEWS! Owner is Tito, my sales person was Mohawk, building smelled like cat piss when I entered. Should have walked! They will make you pay a $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit for the car your interested in if you don't buy it that day. Then they will "FORGET" to take the $500 off the Bill of Sale. They will charge you $449 for Doc Fee's (highest amount allowed by PA Law) on a $3,500 car. That's like $429 an hour! They will have you test drive a car with NO gas. I had to put $10 in it so it wasn't running on fumes. I also told them the car was showing air was needed in the tire. I go back to dealership the day I received my check from PSECU (4 business days after my deposit was made and $10 in gas), to find out the gas tank was empty and someone's personal belongings were in the car. I was told if I didn't come in the day I received the check, that they would relist the car and I would lose my deposit! Mohawk spoke and texted me like I was a common criminal. I have the text messages to prove it. They don't have a notary after 5pm so I had to drive to Colonial Park area and wait on the owner for 20 mins (when I was supposed to following him because he knew a short cut). They signed over the registration to me and I picked up the car, yet I didn't even sign any paper work! The car ends up with a broken head light and a nail in the tire that I didn't notice until the next day when it was day light. They changed the price on the bill of sale. This will now go to court, last thing I have time for!!! They called local and state police and they were told it was a civil issue. They then have my car stolen out of the drive way. My car's in the shop so I had to Uber my daughter to work and then get a rental car. Much more but can't spend any more time tonight stressing about this. They are NOT accredited with the BBB, Surprise!! I'll add photos and Pocahontas's text messages at a later date.

Great experience! Jake and Tito went above and beyond and ALL the other staff were amazing as well. They did everything they could to make me feel safe and comfortable in my vehicle. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

I bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from this place a few years and the people here were amazing and so easy to work with. I was a little skeptical with how low the price was for the car I got and I was worried I would have issues with it but I never did. It ran smoothly and served me so well until it was time to get a new car. Highly recommend.
