I came to this location because I had an issue with my car, And I was taking care by Justin Rios he went above and beyond he was excellent in customer service he went beyond on helping me I didt t know what I was doing and he helped me with my car . Thank you

I was on vacation in Hershey. My car battery was giving me trouble.I went to the store in Harrisburg (Maclay St) at 7:15 am. The manager was polite and respectful. I explained my dilemma. He said that they can fix the problem. A sales associate Otis checked my battery . It needed to be replaced. He replaced my battery in 15 minutes. I went back to the hotel with plenty of time to get to Hershey Park with the family, Thank you gentleman at AutoZone Harrisburg for your help. Good luck and God Bless.

Absolutely disgusted by the employment practices of Autozone. My daughters boyfriend was hired by the district manager Germaine Castro, he was scheduled for one day, which he work and completed all necessary trainings. While the store manager was away, he and Carol Rivas added him to the schedule, did not give him a schedule, never contacted him and terminated him without notifying him, dubbing it a no call no show. As he attempted repeatedly to get in contact with the manager to whom Mr. Castro forbid from contacting the employee, he was able to find out through a third party that he was terminated without reason or notice. This all occurred at the Paxton location in Harrisburg PA.

The worst AutoZone experience ever, the black old man was so rude, was like I owned him money or something. He should probably relearn his training or don’t the customer service.

The number of times I've dealt with Autozone or similar companies is pretty few because I tend to either learn to do things myself for my car or take it to a shop. But certain things like getting a new battery are just easier at a place like Autozone. We had to do this on a vacation last summer when our old battery died so my husband got the replacement at AutoZone with the warranty. Flash forward to last week, I had the car in the shop for some other maintenance and they happened to look at the battery and realize it was installed incorrectly and was wiggling around in the car and also causing corrosion to drip down into the pan below which will eventually cause it to just rust through. I figured instead of paying that mechanic to fix it I'd try to take it to another AutoZone and see if they'd help since it's still under warranty. I explained the situation on the phone to Robert to make sure it was something they'd help with before I drove out there, and when I got there Tim went out to look at it. He said yes, it was installed improperly, but he also noticed the battery wasn't even the right one for the car because it didn't fit in the tray properly which is most of what was causing the wiggling! Tim said the AutoZone system called for the type of battery first installed (the incorrect size) but he knew the actually correct one to install and replaced it for me under warranty and everything at no cost to me. He also cleaned off the tray beneath it while the battery was out. I went to this AutoZone expecting to have to be insistent about them fixing it since it wasn't their problem to begin with and I wasn't even sure if warranty covered bad installation, but my actual visit was so much more pleasant than I had imagined. Tim and Robert both were so helpful and Tim especially went above and beyond to help me out on a hot day. I sent a message online so that their regional manager would know how much I appreciated this, but I figured I'd also go to Yelp because I love to see great service and recommend it to others.

I wanna give this bad review to this store today cause I'm verey sad and angry ???? cause , why one mananger is in the same time a supervisor ???? and dont give a good service , we payed for a insurance for 4 unit for my car in the past and they told us what the insurance it will be for the 4 units for my car , so this day march 9 4:42 pm my friend is there and she say my guaranty is only for one unit ???? why if i did pay for 4 units and she say is that our nothing . What kind of service is that for how big and unic store , ? Thats not professional for that prestige company .

My Friend got a Windshield wiper blade. I open the clip and only the blade came off standing in the rain try to helpThen he said the lady was going to do it, after the facts am trying...wow...oh yeah she slipped it right off and it was on❣️

Terrible corporate policies. Staff can be polite - but too many do not know what they are talking about when it comes to cars. Prices are ok -- if you just need to buy a part and leave. But there warranty service is terrible and anytime they need to go beyond the bare minimum....they just won't.
