“Excellent experience purchasing a Used Mercedes-Benz. I was able to deal directly with the owner of the Dealership and he was very kind and accommodating and professional. During the test drive I noticed a slight noise coming from a suspension component on the driver side. He said that he would evaluate the vehicle himself and give me a call as soon as the issue was resolved. He called me within 4 hours and stated that he replaced the sway bar end link and that the car was good to go. Sure enough, all was perfect with the repair and we finalized the sale. Pricing was fair, service was timely and professional, the purchasing process was very smooth and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a used car.”

Didn't take long at all to resolve the flat and put a patch in my tire. Back on the road in no time! Please give this guy a call if your having issues, he is a life savior!”

“We called 40 minutes before close, 40 minutes away, as we had just put a donut on our car and were too far from home to go somewhere local to us on a donut. We made it clear we’d arrive at/ after close but they were sympathetic to our situation and assured us they’d take us anyway, despite me giving them the opportunity to decline no hard feelings. That alone has earned them five stars. On top of that, they were quick and super helpful, AND patient with us considering it was after close at this point. Would highly recommend.”
“Interaction was short and sweet. Previously, had a subpar garage not in Harrisburg to work on my Jeep before, left things go I asked them to fix, bad communication etc. Now my battery kept dying, so I call Harkins, they got me in as I told them I needed my car for the weekend. They open at 8AM, by 10AM the next day they not only had full diagnosis but also EXACT ESTIMATE. Picked it up the next day and everything now working great. Appreciate the promptness but mostly calling me and giving me an exact estimate. Thank you guys!”

“I'm new to PA and took my Volkswagen here for its first state inspection. Why not take your VW to a VW specialist for inspection, right? I found the team here to be incredibly genuine and friendly (including the shop cat). I was told the car needed new sway bar end links to pass inspection. I already knew the end links were shot, so all good there. They were able to take care of them right away for a very fair price. Based on my experience asking about other work on the car, you don't have to worry about being sold services you don't need. I inquired about at least $1500 worth of additional work I thought the car might need but Alyssa and Chris assured me it wasn't needed. It's a huge relief to have found a trustworthy Audi/Porsche/VW specialist shop practically next door to me!”
