“I have only lived here for about 2 months. The move in process was very fast and easy. When I first moved in I had 6 or 7 issued that need to be addressed with maintenance. Even though the crew is short staffed, they came within 24 hours and fixed all apartment issues. The surrounding area is clean and the neighbors are friendly!!”

“The current management team (Janet, Kelly, and Tina) are great to work with. They are all very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance team is very good, as well. I love my apartment and the location of the building in downtown Harrisburg. It is convenient to the transit bus station, the Amtrak station, and the UPMC Hospital is nearby. Another tenant, Terry Brown, also gives the management team an A+.”

“Overall my experience was a good one. The unit I had was 1411 E which was a town home. I highly recommend getting one. It has a spacious up and downstairs . The community is quiet and safe. I left due to relocation to the Philadelphia area.”
“Spent a good bit of time on my own and also with my boyfriend at Executive House Apartments. Very convenient location right downtown on 2nd Street across from the hospital so it’s super helpful if you work there or anything else right in or around the city. Very friendly and helpful staff that work there. The building has their own maintenance team, gym, mail, Amazon delivery Luxer room, laundry and trash rooms. All utilities were included so that was a huge plus. The building seems to constantly be working on improvements which shows they care about the environment for the residents. Some of the floors even have brand new, updated appliances and features. Management is very personable and does a good job contacting you back quickly via phone or email for any questions or concerns you might have. They also do a great job communicating updates/notices for the building to their residents. Heating and cooling in the building is very good. Cameras and security members on site. Key fob security to get into the building, parking garage and specific floor you live on is very nice too for safety reasons. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to rent.”
