Amerigas prices are higher than everyone else in the area and they continue to unilaterally change your terms and conditions for the worse (including tank rental fees) without giving consumers any choice or a reasonable exit.

Fill tech broke my personally owned tank, was lied to about costs to repair damage, charged large invoice for zero work performed. Multiple outreaches to customer service with no resolution or follow up. Supposedly, there is an invoice dispute. No contact has been made to me. Extremely poor service.

I am exhausted of calling you only to get a run around. I know how much I need to pay each month between now and June in order to ensure my account is paid in full by the end of the contract. Yet, you doubled my monthly payment for no reason and refuse to adjust it knowing full well that there will be a surplus in my account in June now. You don't care about your customers budgetary needs. If the previous home owners didn't falsify the documento stating that the tank was owned by them, I wouldn't have to keep dealing with your company.

We never receive the requested notification of someone coming to deliver!!! Mind you, I have a large dog in the yard so notification is important as my tanks are in the backyard. I have made the reps aware when I call many times. I was to have my deliveries delayed, however 2-3 weeks after, a delivery person shows up. No notification AGAIN. He could not get to our tanks due my husband being parked and blocking the entrance. The deliver guy throws his hands up like HE IS ANNOYED, yet he isn't even supposed to be here!

First time buyer and the day I was expecting be delivered didn't happened, the second day either and and last minute on a Saturday the closest delivered man available came., his service was great but customer service awful.

put my monthly budget at the cost it always is..I've always paid around 120 to 137.00 and I even have plenty of credit on my account to the good like 1200.00 , so why almost double my monthly bill to 207.00 ? I was told it was gonna be lowered and never got a call back from guy I spoke to on phone and your gonna lose a longtime customer since 2007

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are over priced and do not care about their customers. I signed up for convenience pay which started out well then they started raising it up every 3 months to a price that is equivalent to a regular bill and it has only continued to rise. For 3 months I was sent from person to person trying to deal with this problem. They never call back when they say they will and refuse to lower the bill per month even though at one point my bill was higher than what I owed. Absolutely the worst!

I don’t recommend AmeriGas for anything. Literally the worst heating fuel supplier in the state. Save yourself time and aggravation and go with another supplier if you’re in the market.I’ve spent the last 2 days on the phone with them, was promised a delivery yesterday, driver reported my delivery as a missed delivery and after spending the day on the phone with AmeriGas USA(but in India and the Phillipines) I still don’t have a delivery after once again being promised a delivery by yesterday. Their error yet they are trying to charge me $300 for an expedited delivery after they are the ones who failed to deliver. Then I keep being told sorry for you being misinformed but this is our procedure. I should not have had to turn my heat off to make sure my tank doesn’t go empty bc then they want to charge another arm and leg to do a leak test after I have been on then and constantly updating my tank percentage. I have a disability that is affected seriously by cold and still have no heat in 10 degree weather. I’m so fed up.

The driver showed up right on schedule. He was respectful of our property. We have multiple tanks on the property. He wrote on the ticket which tank it was for. That saves us much valuable time and resources. We appreciate these, what may seem like small feats very much.
