I had an email spam issue that caused lots of headaches, I contacted Alliance (on Derry Street) and got very prompt response. The service was better then what I have hoped for. Justin w/ Alliance was very helpful and never talked down to me as I am not a computer person and was very persistent in rectifying our issue. Alliance will be our first choice for such issues. Thank you, Alliance and Justin!!

It's a great place to get used or new, used are very cost effective way to replace a keyboard that doesn't work due that spill or to help fix a laptop or computer that for some reason stopped working. All I needed to bring to fix an older computer several years ago was the computer and the plug and didn't need to bring a monitor or anything else. Great knowledgeable people & service at a reasonable price.

Went to Alliance for a refurbished computer tower to update my old one. I found one on the shelf, but I wanted to add Wifi and Bluetooth capabilities. They had all of the parts on hand. In less than 48 hours it was ready for pickup. I thought the service was reasonably priced and professional. The best part is the new tower works flawlessly and does everything I wanted it to do. Thanks to the Staff!

I went here to get an Ethernet cord after Best Buy sent my phone call to a call center instead of the store saying they didn't have them. I knew they did, but I was distraught enough to spite them lol. So I came here and found very nice, well-informed, friendly staff who helped me with questions about my PC build as well as offering all lengths of Ethernet cords from over 20ft which is what I needed. 50ft cost me about $30 and when you compare that to online, it's still a great price. Nowadays we pay a little for convenience over Amazon and such by getting things immediately in person. It's a cat5 for reference as well.

Thank you, Alliance Computers of Harrisburg, for your work on my Win-10 refurbished tower. Services rendered include cleaning, tuning up and the onboard hard-drive was just about burnt out so that had to be replaced (replacement is a SSD), cloning all the contents from the original hard-drive to the new hard-drive, and patiently working with me as I picked out a replacement monitor (the previous monitor died) that would fit on my shelf (it fits!).Because of your work, Alliance Computers, I am again in love with my Win-10! As far as I know, Alliance Computers is THE place in this area for computer repairs, cleaning, tune-ups, and plenty of in-store inventory if one wished to upgrade or replace components. You, Alliance Computers, have always been very helpful, patient and accommodating (thank you for your help in carrying my tower out to my vehicle; that tower is a bit on the heavy side and you alleviated my concern that I might drop it getting it into my vehicle).Thank you, Alliance Computers! You've been a crucial part of the community in South-Central Pennsylvania for about 25 years, and I hope for many years to come!Blessings....
