My child went to this daycare for 2 years and I pulled her out after hearing allegations of physical and verbal abuse. I spoke with 2 staff members that had left and another parent and immediately removed my child as they confirmed my fears. For the pros, the center is clean, and rarely closed unexpectedly. The cons - communication about your child’s daily activities, if they napped/ate lunch, or their behavior was limited to none. They made staff and process changes without letting anyone know. Many times the staff would speak to the children in a frustrated, impatient tone while parents were present, leading me to worry how they spoke to the kids when parents weren’t around. The 2 teachers that quit confirmed my fears that children are yelled at and gripped up when not listening. They did a new behavior process without letting any of the parents know until their child lost out on “extra curricular activities.” Some of the teachers are good but most seem like they don’t like their job. When I spoke to the director about my concerns in my child’s 4 year old preschool teacher Miss Beth and her bad attitude, I was told she would speak to the teacher but that she’s not aware of what happens in the classrooms as if she’s not the owner. The lack of accountability and communication always had me uneasy but care is hard to find and they were right down the street from me so we kept my daughter there until we had more solid evidence of mistreatment.

wont be coming back after 1 summer, The staff was amazing but the owner was hands-down the rudest person I've ever met in a daycare I am not sure how she is legally allowed to be around children . This year I had to take my child to a new daycare because hers was filled up so we decided to try this daycare since it was close to the house and had a pretty good rating but after the second day of camp, I was already looking for a new daycare due to the owner treating my child and I differently. She even screamed at me on my child's first day because I packed my child a lunch and had questions about something rude a teacher said to my child. I approached her kindly to ask her about the situation, but when I started explaining the situation to her she started screaming at me in front of my child and all of the other children in the daycare and that was not the last time.She screamed at me on two other occasions in front of children for no reason at all, that's just how she would communicate with me otherwise she would not look at nor speak to me at allevery week I would be hounded down for my payments even though my account was not negative it would be for the money for that week. Then I would get emails threatening that my child may not come back unless I gave her her money the day she wanted it I spoke to other parents which told me they were in the negative and nobody gave them any problems yet That wasn't the case for me.This situation's with the owner got so bad that my child would come home saying she did not feel welcome at the school because of that lady, and she would tell me that lady would scream at them throughout the day as well. The Daycare is also open till 545, but if I did not have my child by 430 I was threatened to pay extra fees As for the other teachers and staff, they were absolutely amazing. They made sure my daughter had a great summer. They took plenty of trips And my daughter found a teacher that she really liked that she would stay around which made me a lot more comfortable while I was at work . As a parent, it is hard enough taking your kid to a new facility Where they dont know anyone and for the owner to be so unprofessional, and make a child feel unwelcome every day I will not be returning to nor recommending this Daycare to anybody unless that lady is no longer in the picture

Wonderful staff and facility! My son has been with them from Pre-K through 4th grade and goes to their summer camp program. Everyone is kind and caring and always keep the best interest of the kids and families in mind!

My daughter has been going here 3 days a week since she was 3 months old. The staff truly care and have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to take care of her. Rates are reasonable and facility is clean. Would highly recommend!
