To be 100% honest I’d never recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body work that is expecting work done at a decent price and business to be conducted in a professional manner. I was actually shocked at how poorly I was treated after spending over $5000 for auto repairs. While my car was in the shop on numerous occasions during regular business hours I was asked to try to be understanding with not receiving information in regards on my cars status because the shop owner was on vacation. I initially paid for repair services that had to be later reimbursed because the shop was actually not capable of providing the service which was a waste of time for me. Some of the work done was poorly done but after actually getting my car back I just settled for what I got because my need for transportation was more important than getting the quality of work I was looking for. To top it off my spare tire was stolen from my trunk and housing compartment for the tire was damaged in the process. After getting my car back and pointing this out to the shop owner simply said “ I didn’t take it”, with nothing more to say and offered me no explanation as to why my trunk was damaged at all and how my tire was there before but now missing. I would be upset to hear about someone less fortunate than I was to have to deal with a situation like this from this shop.

To be honest everything started smoothly I had selected this shop because it was one of the few that would let you use your own parts the owners wife Krystal told me that it was ok but perfered if they did . Later on once they had time to work on the car that was no longer the case and Carlos Towner informed me at that point there must have been a miscommunication. Long story short I payed 1300 more than my estimate and got a car back that was not finished and was lied to several times and realized they only said what was needed to get my business horrible ethics no morals and had been paying for reviews.

Great service. Carlos and his team will make sure your car looks new again. I had an accident a while ago and I was not able to fix it without insurance. They were able to fix my car within 2 days, the service is affordable and quick compared to other stores. I’m glad we have this business in Harrisburg.
