I ordered 4 books. They were less than 10 dollars each and they were in great condition. When checking out the people were friendly and said "Have a nice day!" when I left. I would totally recommend this store!Update: (Jun 9th 2024):The great escape mall the store is connected to closed so the store is probably shut down as well

The prices here are out of control, used $1 records are being sold for $25. The neckbeards and furries doing the pricing and buying must be stopped. Once a great spot for deals is now just a cash grab, what a shame.

Great place for book lovers!! Thousands of books available. Authors in alphabetical order by genre. You will find a book here. Can easily spend several hours browsing! Clean, organized, and excellent friendly service! Definitely will be going back sometime!

They don't have great prices and don't pay anything for trade ins but it's a cool store. Too much emphasis on funko pops. Can usually find the same books cheaper on amazon

First visit to this store and I really enjoyed it. Prices are nicely discounted and they had a nice selection of things. I really liked their food and snack section, which had many imported products. I'll be back!Don't forget to sign up for their store card, which is free.

Although it's very nice for us geeks and nerds and fans of merch out there. And they offer discounts but sad to say all records, movies, new games and CDs are regular priced the discount doesn't really help much.

2nd and Charles is well organized and the staff though not many is compitent. Some time we just mosey around to kill time on a Sunday between events. Our kids like checking things out and it gives us ideas for when we are ready to buy gifts.

As an avid collector of Funko pops, I recently decided to sell a portion of my collection to a local store. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.Upon presenting my items, I was offered less than 50% of their market value, which was disheartening considering the time and effort I had invested in curating my collection. Despite attempting to negotiate, the store remained firm in their offer, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.Furthermore, the lack of willingness to negotiate or offer a reasonable explanation for the low valuation only added to the frustration. It's disappointing when a store fails to recognize the sentimental and monetary value attached to collectibles like Funko pops.Overall, this experience has left me hesitant to engage with this store in the future and has highlighted the importance of thoroughly researching potential buyers when selling valuable items. I would advise fellow collectors to explore alternative avenues for selling their Funko pops to ensure they receive fair compensation for their prized possessions.
