Good experience from making the appointment forward. Text updates and reminder are helpful. Covid practices are well thought out and a good balance of safety while keeping the relaxing nature of a hair cut. Oh, and the hair cuts spot on too ?

I had a haircut with Maggie today for my first appt there and I am so grateful for her! Everyone was wearing masks, chairs were wiped, and everything was very well-done.I hadn't had my hair cut in about 9 months, since pre-pandemic, so I felt pretty gnarly. Maggie found my bangs and cut them perfectly! I feel so much more like a human now. Thank you!!I would absolutely recommend Maggie and all the hair stylists at the salon. ☺️

Maggie is very talented but worst customer service experience. Cancelled one appointment because their heat was our. Obviously out of their control went today at 330. Walked in was greeted with a very negative dismissive tone saying my appointment was at 3. I showed her the text she sent me saying 330. Instead of apologizing she then comes back with an appointment reminder was sent. I have never received an appointment reminded from them. I can only assume my number was wrong on their system never an apology only defensiveness own you mistakes, never treat customers that way and apologize. She was rude. Wow.
