Just had an interaction there that is the last star.Went to pick up a script. Wasn't in. The pharmacist explained that my prescription had been re-filed for lack of pickup. Yet I had refilled it the night before (and gotten no automatic notice that it was the last day.)So ok, no biggee right? Clearly an automated system mistake. Easy solution: sorry for the mix up, sir. We will get it ready for you right now. She said flatly and rudely I could pick it up tomorrow. When I complained that this was their system's mistake, not mine, she said "Wait five minutes and I'll get it ready." It took her three.Really?! It would only take you five minutes? But you were going to make me wait tomorrow. And you treated me like I was the jerk. Why???? The thrill of it all? Teach me some kind of lesson?

They NEVER answer the phone! One pharmacist Carolyn is so nice. But is.nevrr working when I come in.Then when you are treated horribly by Abby EVERY OTHER TIME!! That is what tends to stick! I HATE going in the stone!!

It took me 4 days to get ahold of someone in the pharmacy. When I finally did I was scolded for not picking up my prescriptions in a timely manner. No one deserves to be treated like dirt. I'll be moving my scripts as soon as I can.

DO NOT go here for vaccines unless you absolutely have to. This is my third time coming here for a vaccine. Every time I had an appointment, and checked in before my scheduled time. I am asked to sit and wait, and wait, and wait. Each time no one else has even been there, and barely any one has approached the pharmacy for their meds. I have had to wait at least 10 minutes past my scheduled time to get my vaccine which takes less than a minute. I’m not sure why they have to schedule an appointment time when they have yet to actually follow the scheduled time. Unless you want to waste your time, look elsewhere.

The folks that work in the pharmacy have got to be the most unprofessional, rude and dense group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been picking up prescriptions for my mother there for the past few days and this pharmacy has been screwing up left and right with her medicine, so I called this morning to make sure they had the correct medicine filled this time (before driving 50 minutes out of my way). When simply asked if they could confirm the CORRECT medications were refilled for her this time, they got an attitude immediately and absolutely refused to give me any information without my mother’s permission. I have been calling every single day for the past 5 days and they had absolutely no issue giving me that information before, but now all of a sudden it’s an issue? My mother is very ill and is not in a position to speak. I tried explaining this and was just rudely interrupted MULTIPLE times, then hung up on three separate times. The guy that works there “Chad” (figures he’s a Chad), probably has the most fragile male ego out of anyone I know, God forbid a female challenge you…lol. Don’t bother asking for a manager, because they’ll just hang up on you. These people have absolutely zero compassion for anyone and I’m confused as to why you even work in this industry if you aren’t willing to help someone out. Don’t waste your time or energy on this store, go to Walgreens instead!

Incompetent, Nasty, Miserable, Lazy and completely disgusting attitudes from the pharmaceutical staff. They treat disabled handicapped elderly people like second class citizens. Telling patients their medications are out of stock or back ordered when the prescription was in their computer for a month.They should all be replaced. Rite aid corporation this is a disgrace to the medical community.

I'd fire the whole pharmacy. Unbelievable I do delivery for Roadie now and then. The app isn't always that user friendly though. I showed up for a script drop delivery. Upon arrival I was told certain prescriptions had been cancelled. Although the store never updated that within the app! So I had no clue which prescriptions to take or not because the app wouldn't tell me. Now I decided to contact support them and there and it took them forever. In that time all the pharmacy did was complain about "DoorDash drivers" coming in and here's a newsflash I don't even drive for DoorDash. You guys left me a horrible rating because I had issues with the app? If you deliver prescriptions like I do please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They had no good reason to actually leavee such a bad rating! I spot dropped the delivery after a lot of confusion and these people felt the need to be vindictive?

Cashier does not know how to process a return properly and she lied and said she was the manager, when I asked to speak to the manager. It took two trips to the store to get my full refund owed. She was rude, so was the pharmacist. I've never any kind of issue at Walgreens.

I too get very aggravated when the phone is not answered but I believe this Rite Aid is understaffed and they're doing the best that they can and people need to have just a little bit more patience. To the employees at the harmony Rite Aid I hope you have a great day today.

My name is Stephanie Ziegler.I get my prescriptions filled at the Harmony Rite Aid they are usually pretty prompt at filling my prescriptions but to have my Percocet filled my dr. Makes sure that they send my Electronic script at least a day early because they are short staffed sometimes.I make sure to call and check first because I have very painful hip arthritis with tendinopathy and severe arthritis in spine.their store hours a only 9to 5 on weekends and holidays which is a little inconvenient.for a small pharmacy they do their best.
