My buying experience was great! My salesman Brian was very helpful answering any questions and taking time to show me everything about the camper I was looking at. They also took the time with me to do a pre delivery inspection and explain how everything in the camper worked and answered any questions. My delivery driver Tom was also very helpful in getting the camper where I needed it and helped to get it all leveled!

WoW! An absolutely awesome camper buying experience. Dozens of models to choose from at a fair price. Joe was very knowledgeable about all the camper models, down to the smallest detail. Not pushy, no pressure. The camper specifics were thoroughly explained and the in person tutorial was detailed & organized. So very pleased, will definitely recommend to my clients & friends. Met our sales representative Brian at the RV show last month and he showed us a couple of different travel trailers. Non of the ones there really fit our needs so he looks up the inventory they had on their lot. To make a long story short my wife and I went to the dealership and purchased a new trailer. No pressure and very professional. I highly recommend This place. Thank you for the great experience.

Over the last few years, my wife and I bought two campers from Huffnagle to support local businesses. The buying experience was decent, but we faced challenges with the sales team's demeanor - often marked by arrogance and lack of friendliness. Despite being new, both campers had significant cosmetic issues, which we were understanding about. After persistent efforts and multiple visits, most issues were eventually addressed.However, our major grievances are with the service department. Communication was severely lacking, making it nearly impossible to get timely responses. Additionally, the service quality was subpar. One persisting issue involves a backup camera I purchased for about $1,000, which malfunctioned from the beginning. Despite seeking assistance, they insisted it was a user error.Over months, I struggled to have the camera properly inspected. Although they assured it was fine after charging for an inspection, it malfunctioned as soon as I left their parking lot. Every attempt to seek help was met with unresponsive answers and deferrals to a higher authority.Recently, an accident damaged my camper's awning and roof. Despite making several calls to discuss repairs, communication was lacking. After taking time off work to bring in the camper for assessment, weeks passed without communication. Finally, after numerous calls, I received a repair quote with missing roof repairs. Getting a revised quote was a game of cat and mouse.Attempting to escalate my concerns to the service manager, Mike, proved futile as he was conveniently unavailable. Instead, I received texts from Joe, further delaying the process. Dealing with Joe was frustrating, as he either ignored issues or deferred to a higher authority.In the end, dealing with Joe from their service was a nightmare. His approach to problems was either ignoring them or appealing to a higher authority. I don't know if Mike ever heard about our issues, and honestly, I'm past caring. I won't be going back to Huffnagle, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. In fact, I'd strongly advise people to steer clear. I wasted a lot of money and, more importantly to me, a lot of time dealing with these folks. I tried to be patient and understanding, but it's clear they care more about sales than their customers.

Paul and Brian were absolutely fantastic! We started are search for a travel trailer at another RV center and everything about it was bad, from not listening to our budget, needs, then finding that they charged nearly $2k in fees beyond the price. Everything that was wrong with that place was done perfectly with Paul and Brian, they were super personable, showed us exactly what would work best for us and zero pressure and zero hidden fees! If you are looking for a travel trailer you would be foolish to go anywhere else!

Oh man. If you need an RV and want to be treated like a person and not a pocketbook, you need to come see Wayne here at hufnagel & majors. Michael is the BEST at explaining your new RV to you too! I went to camping world before and I felt respected and they treated me like family here. They don’t push any crazy warranties or extra cost items that you don’t need. You don’t spend HOURS here and feel like you’re being swindled out of your hard earned money. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you to the Hufnagel & Majors team!

This is our first camper and Wayne took the time to hear our wants and needs + point us in the direction that made the most sense for us! I had an extremely pleasant experience purchasing a new 2023 connect. My salesman was Wayne. He walked me through multiple campers with the layout I was looking for. I explained him my concerns and wants and he helped me meet all of the requirements I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable. Ken helped me when I came to pick it up and did a walk through with me to make sure everything was in order and I knew how to operate everything. He was thorough and ensured everything was working properly. Ken and another gentleman walked me through how to use the weight distribution hitch as well. Great selection of campers with helpful staff!

This was our second time purchasing a camper from Hufnagel. We would highly recommend them . Very knowledgeable, helpful, efficient. We purchased a KZ Escape. We are very pleased with the camper. Our salesman Joe was awesome, Brian and Anthony helped with all the paperwork, they were very efficient and knowledgeable. And Michael and Jerome were ver helpful in explaining the mechanics and answered all questions, they were very helpful.
