Last three years I went Hartfield, Walmart pharmacy I never ever facing problem. Recently, I moved to Harleysville. Employee don’t know how to work how to process then I ask her I don’t have any problem last three years and nobody asking me pharmacy insurance card only I do have Medicaid card when I start taking medication from Hartfield pharmacy they are never ever asking me pharmacy insurance card, when I ask her to call Hartfield Walmart pharmacy after that, she knows how to do it Very beginning she just argue with me and saying without pharmacy insurance card she can do the process Medication prescription.

Fast, convenient service. Friendly staff and knowledgeable pharmacists. Prices are very reasonable.

The staff especially the manager Jill are really rude and unhelpful. I was so upset and shocked at how inappropriate they handle customer/patient care in the pharmacy. I was laughed at, yelled at and refused help as well as refused information on how to contact someone who could help with my prescription.

With a super sick 3-year old at closing time...Sheila stayed an hour after close, calling every pharmacy & hospital she could think of to find a few impossible prescriptions. The outcome doesn't even matter. Sheila went above & beyond. We could not be more appreciative! Thank you Sheila

The staff was rude and not helpful at all. I was waiting like an hour for my prescription and after that they said there is an issue. The customer service personnel from my insurance company wanted to speak to the technician. The technician said she cannot speak from my phone. The technician offered to directly call the pharmacy and the technician said, “ I will not pick up until next 45 minutes” as she wanted to go on lunch. Customer service even offered to call them in 30 seconds, but they denied. I left and called my doctor’s office to cancel the prescription and transfer it to another pharmacy.

There is one pharmacist here that is rude and always makes me do counseling for medications I am already on which then takes more time for everyone and makes the convenience of calling in prescription ahead of time not so convenient .If I wasn’t so sensitive to the fillers in medications I would have switched Pharmacy’s along time ago!!! I understand the need for counseling the first time you pick it up but honestly I think she does it just to feel important

I love the small town feel, my wife and I have had great service there. Even now living in Philadelphia we go out of our way to still shop there.

The new layout is nice, and I have always found that questions and returns are handled efficiently and pleasantly. In particular, though, the female pharmacists, Jill and Jeanine, are so warm, remembering my name and the goings-on in my family, giving this big store chain a small store feeling.
