I had a great customer experience at the Harleysville Verizon recently. I was greeted by two employees when I entered, and Alex ended up helping me upgrade my device. He was very thorough in trying to find the best plan for me and my family, and explained the pros and cons of each. When I decided on a device, there were none in stock. While searching the system, Alex found one in a nearby Verizon store’s inventory. He went out of his way to not only inquire at the store if they had one in stock, but he actually drove to the store one town over to pick up the phone and bring it back to the Harleysville store. Alex also did an amazing job of transferring and syncing my new phone with my old. Overall, great experience here, and this location will be my go to Verizon store moving forward.
