I like to go to The Quest in Harleysville on Main Street. Its close and convenient and the technicians are very nice and helpful. My standing order had expired and Jessica called cardiologists office to get a new order. They go above and beyond. A+++

I had a great experience at this Quest location! Jessica was absolutely amazing and made the experience so painless. It was easy to make an appointment online and they got me in promptly. This was definitely a better experience than I have previously had at a LabCorp. Happy I know where to go back to next time!

Awful. They can NEVER "pull the order up" correctly. And the women who work there are quite bitchy and condescending.

I walked in at 2:40 for urgent bloodwork that my doctor had just ordered. The waiting room was empty, dark and shut down and I was turned away even though they are not supposed to close until 3pm. Why advertise being open until a certain time if employees are just going shut down whenever they feel like it? My diagnosis is now delayed for the weekend as today was a Friday.

I made my appointment online and ended up getting there roughly half an hour early, but was able to be in and out well-before my appointment was scheduled to begin. Dana was extremely kind and awesome at making the process as simple and efficient as possible.As long as you have an appointment and show up understanding they close at 3, I don't see why you should have any issues here.

Kiosk requires I have an appointment. Went to Labcorp and waiting room was empty, technician not doing anything--Labcorp does not require an appt. Next time will go to Labcorp.

I could not have had a better experience here! I went in for a walk in around noon on a Tuesday, and was in and out within 15 minutes! It was amazing! And the employee who drew my blood, Keisha, was amazing! She was super careful, polite, and helpful! I will definitely be back here in the future for any bloodwork I need done. It seems like a lot of the bad reviews here are related to timing. I would recommend going mid day if possible, since it will be busy in the morning due to people who had to fast prior to there blood work. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!

Needed fasting blood work, not one person in waiting area. Signed in as a walk in, Koias says I have to wait till 10:30 it is now 8:30. ??? No office staff in office area, but lots of loud personal talking going on in back out of sight. I left waited 15 mins outside of office to see if any patients showed up, nope! Worst Quest ever!!!

Worst place to go for any labs. Everytime i go in told to come in earlier since i get there at 2:30pm (they close at 3:30) or denied service like today because they were booked and no one was in the place. Besides the two sitting in the back talking. Got there at 2pm and was told they are booked and can't accept walk-in because they have two appointments. Again close at 3:30.

Wish my insurance would let me go to lab core, so much better. I have come here 3 times now and there is always some sort of issue, with staff and checking in.
