“We purchased our hot tub from Stu at the West End Fair. They were so patient with us as our kids were incredibly loud and jumping in/out of all of their display hot tubs. Never once made us feel uncomfortable and were so nice to the kids as we took forever to decide on a hot tub. They told us it would be ordered on the next truck and it was. They called for delivery and promptly delivered on the day scheduled with no concerns. The three delivery guys were amazing. Honestly the best. They helped us remove part of our fence, bring the hot tub down two inclines and put it in our deck. I can’t say enough good things about them. They took the time to teach us the basics of a hot tub and explain the chemicals needed. Never made us feel rushed. It honestly was a great experience overall purchasing the hot tub, the staff was the best. Stu called about a week later to check-in. Unfortunately our electrician never showed up but fast forward 3 weeks later- it’s hooked up and AMAZING. We’ve been in it every day multiple times. So incredibly happy and thankful.”

“What a treasure! This lovely store has EVERYTHING for gifting. Gorgeous silk flowers (really, an amazing variety!), baby gifts, live plants, fresh cut flowers, you name it. Truly a lovely shop with the loveliest employees, who were gracious and helpful!!!”

“I stopped in on a whim during a day trip focused around my husband. I needed plant therapy and, boy, did Ott’s deliver!!! As soon as you walk in, you are surrounded by lush tropical foliage stretching to the sky and you immediately hear the pounding water from the waterfall inside. The entrance reminds me of an aviary or butterfly house. I was waiting for a tropical bird to sail by! After taking in the entrance, you can proceed right or left and view bromeliads, orchids and pitcher plants. Further on, are cacti and succulents, timely annuals, fruit trees, etc. I was told by staff they were greatly understocked and I was flabbergasted! I have traveled to Logee’s in CT and Ott’s is just as fantastic. They had all the things you need too: potting soil, pottery, etc. Prices vary from typical to high but you have to consider a plants rarity, growing needs and time to propagate. I found an excellent hanging Lifesaver plant, Bat Flower and a Mangave. All in great health and priced well. If you’re a plant enthusiast you will be thrilled! If you’re “meh” about plants, slap on your best jeans and give it a chance. You WILL NOT go home empty handed!! P.S. I read the poor reviews. There are many OLD cacti which look OLD. I believe they are not for sale. Maybe propagating or any sort of use you can think of. Perhaps the staff could clean them up but they probably have another purpose. The plants I did buy were just the right dampness and NOTHING appeared burned, diseased or pest riddled. I’d give them A+ quality and I examine plants thoroughly before I but them for root bound, mites, dry damage, overspent buds, etc. I’ve battled them all at one time snd can’t say I’m suspicious of the plant’s health at all. Also, I love animals. I saw one fat grey cat amongst the cacti relaxing and getting some sun. It looked fine. No obvious visual issues. This was my first visit so I can only tell you my experience.”

“Great selection of annuals,perennials, and vegetable plants. Nice little country store on the premises with fruits and vegetables and eggs and baked goods for sale. Ray and his family couldn't be nicer. Love this place!”

“A truly wonderful family establishment! I was blown away by their kindness and depth of knowledge when I called to ask for help with an heirloom geranium that needed support. They were so nice and helpful, going the extra mile to be sure my geranium would get what it needed to reach optimal health. I couldn't recommend them more, for their extensive knowledge of plants, customer service, and welcoming environment.”

“This is a wonderful mom and pop spot! I was rushing around for fall decorations and pumpkins for work. I was able to get pumpkins and hay for our fall look outside. The pumpkins for the contest were perfect. What a great local spot to shop. Will definitely be back.”

“The quality of Campania products are amazing. When all my other purchased fountains leaked or were poor quality my Campagnia fountain was worth every penny. I needed their customer service help since Wayfair which the fountain was purchased through would not help. I called them directly and they sent me the missing parts.”

“My Mom and I enjoy coming here to this Walmart from Souderton, which is about a half hour away. To us, it is worth the trip. The store is located in a nice area past Green Lane, it's a very scenic area. The parking lot is a great size, and on a Breezy day you can smell the chocolate factory next door which is a nice bonus for all you chocolate lovers.The store itself is neat, we never encountered any problems here. Overall it's a great experience coming up to this Walmart.”
