Small waiting room, always full and always behind. The technicians are rough and leave terrible bruises!Follow up- I went early in the AM for a urinalysis. I knew I shouldn’t go back there but I figured at least iI wasn’t getting blood. It took FIVE days to get results for a test that takes 24 hours! Makes me wonder just how long my sample sat there before being sent out! It’s worth the extra travel time to go somewhere else.

I'm a former phlebotomist and so when my wife came home and her arm began to hurt more and more I was very concerned that the person was not properly trained. I mean this woman has huge range that I have stuck before.

In my last three visits to have blood drawn, only one was a good experience. Two of the visits were painful and left lasting marks and bruising. The techs were a bit rough. I make sure I drink water and am well hydrated prior to getting blood drawn to make the process easier. Seeing elderly and fragile patients in the waiting room who may have experienced the same made me sad.

I'm absolutely terrified and horrible for blood draws. Today the girl there did absolutely amazing best experience I've ever had for blood work.

Do not go here with kids. My daughter had to have blood drawn. She was completely and utterly calm. She never had blood work drawn before- the phlebotomist was absolutely rude and should not be involved with pediatric healthcare if she does not like kids. I'm also in healthcare where I place pediatric lines and pediatric procedures/lab work. Unfortunately, i work further away and the script for this was to Labcorp. I wish I had just asked for a new script to be performed elsewhere or simply done it myself. I would never speak to a kid the way this phlebotomist spoke to my daughter. At 10 years old, my daughter put her arm out, and only cried at the end. That's great for a child. She didn't move her arm, or pull away, or refuse to cooperate in any way whatsoever. This phlebotomist threatened to refuse the lab draw. She also told her "she is lucky I didn't use a bigger needle", laughed at her after it was over while she was crying a little and told her "it doesn't hurt that bad". She told us "I have 10-13 year old kids come in kicking and screaming- we don't have to provide this service". We literally has just sat down in the chair. This was completely an unprovoked commentary from her.You need to be better. As a Company, as a Person, and as a healthcare provider for a child who is having blood drawn for the first time. Have some compassion. If you are unhappy with your work, keep it away from the patient. Unprofessional, rude, and absolutely should not offer pediatric services. I cannot imagine how rude they would be to a child who was actually difficult. I'd be happy to discuss this with anyone who will respond. This needs to be seen so people AVOID this place if you have kids that need bloodwork. It's stressful enough for children who are sick- who needs to deal with unhappy, unprofessional, and RUDE staff.Next time, I'll have the insurance write a script so I can have her bloodwork elsewhere.

If I knew each of these ladies by name, I'd mention them. I am someone who needs to get bloodwork done more than usual and every single time and every single person I've worked with here has been positive, kind, and quick. They are so good with people and sometimes that's lost on companies. I commend these ladies!!

I was in there today to have blood drawn. I haven't had a physical in five years so I guess it was time. Anyway I want to say the place is real clean. There is plenty of parking. Registration is simple. And the medical examiners are real nice. They seem to be really good with their customers there.

I was greeted promptly and offered assistance. They took me right to the exam room. The person who drew my blood was pleasant and efficient. She didn't hurt me with the needle stick. I had no bruising.

I had the worst experience I have ever had with having blood taken. The one phlebotomist was rough, slapping my arms and hands to no avail. I had to ask her to stop because she was so rough and I was getting lightheaded. After waiting for the other phlebotomist to finish her lunch, she was rude, and unprofessional. When I was telling her about what happened with phlebotomist #1, she started yelling at me to not talk to her like that. I was visibly shaking, and crying because of phlebotomist #1 (she heard all of it because she was in room right next to me), and she yelled at me! I will never utilize this lab again, and I've been going there for 10+ years. I'm left with large bruises in each arm, red marks from tourniquet and a bruise on my hand from the slapping.

Had the best blood draw experience of my life here. Don't know if it will always be like this here because it was my first time here, but it was easy, virtually painless and everyone was nice and its quite clean.

Had the best blood work experience. I'm usually a difficult stick with tiny veins and getting light headed. A blonde woman drew my blood (should have asked for her name so I can request her when I go back) pain free and super fast!
