Beware, this tutor center has the most disrespectful head running the center. No clear instructions to kids and kids are afraid to approach and ask for assistance. Joshi is not professional and doesn't do a good job in keeping student's engaged. Also getting your deposit back is sort of a scam, set up with a special clause for this particular center; you will loose your deposit as many have said.

My son is getting ready for kindergarten, his current teachers suggested he would need additional support in order to be ready for the new school year. I've found it difficult for me to give him some kind of decent structure to encourage his learning as I am a working parent and have been busy earning my degree as well. This resulted in us starting Kumon. I thought it was worth noting that my son told me today that he likes Ms. Joshi's rules, and he says she has the best stuff. I think he really enjoys working on his Kumon and the structure it offers. In the recent weeks his teachers also told me they noticed a significant difference in him during the school days and were pleased with his progress. This program is really helping my son and I'm glad we chose Kumon.

Horrible experience and does not even deserve this one star. Teacher does not know how to be tutor at all. She is loud and rude to students when in class or is chatting outside, while students are waiting to get their work reviewed and parents waiting for their kid to be done. She will keep and not move your kid to next level even if kid is in honors class at his school district for more money. This was a demotivating experience for my kid. She will make all excuses to not return your deposit. Do not go to this center- find another option.

Warning for all parents. “Joshi will never refund your deposit”. No matter if you have given 1 month advance notice and paid for whole last month on time! She will find some nonsense loophole and never return your deposit. Very stubborn lady, she traumatized the kids, and parents too, she doesn’t know how to treat and talk to parents. This is not only my experience but many of my friends had same. I wish i was able to give minus stars here, because 1 star is too much for her. She doesn’t deserve to be a teacher. Please don’t ruin your kids future by enrolling under her.

It's really hard for me and maybe other people to learn and it's was a waste of time your basically just paying for the worksheets it's dumb and they start you at the first level so that's why I'm giving it a 1/10.
