I purchased an item from an auction house in PA while living out of state. The auction house provided this business with my information and they provided a quote to pick up, pack, and ship the item. The quote was reasonable given the careful handling needed of an antique. The item was picked up promptly and the business had great communication. When it arrived, I found the item exceptionally well packaged. UPS couldn't have done it much damage had they drop kicked it. Needless to say I'm quite pleased with their service.

We purchased several items from an auction house and had them packaged and shipped. What a fabulous job!. Arrived with the best packaging I've seen, fragile items in perfect condition, and timely delivery. I cannot think of anyway their service could be improved. Definitely an A+ company.

I had a small antique purchased from Freemans/Hindman Auction Picked Up, Packaged and Shipped (with Insurance) to Connecticut.
The price quote was reasonable, and the greatest care was given to package the antique extremely well to prevent damage in shipping.
I interacted with AJ and Zach in my correspondence. They were responsive, friendly and professional in every respect.
I would highly recommend this small business without reservation.

Astonishingly good service. Had an antique rug shipped from the US to the UK and the packaging was immaculate, simply could not be better. Excellent service from AJ throughout and will be using this company without hesitation in future.

I trust The Packaging Store 100% to handle large to small priceless works of art, shipping internationally.I purchased a large delicate canvas with non-traditional volume and texture at auction. Seamlessly, they picked it up from the auction house, packaged it, crated it, and shipped to Canada without damage or shipping issues.There was a bit of a holdup at the border, but The Packaging Store went above and beyond to take control of the situation by switching commercial carriers to ensure safe, timely, and proper handling, along with broker administration and payment.In terms of packaging, they did an absolutely incredible job, from building multi-layers of reinforced cardboard and tailored foam shell down to the frame, to the crate, and to the specifically built pallet, along with instructive labels posted on all sides.I had a professional art handler assist in hanging the piece and he was very impressed by the packaging.A big thank you to all involved!
