“Walmart is my go-to big box store. I try to use small mom and pop shops when I can. However, Walmart rarely lets me down when I need to quick grab something or load up for a trip. I get alot of my RV essentials and fishing gear there.”
“I walked in to this store needing to make a return. The girl at the service counter ( Heather I believe) was extremely helpful and tried everything imaginable to help me return an item I purchased online and could not find my packing slip. Tried scanning every barcode, manually entering them, even tried looking up by my email. She went above and beyond. Just felt she should be recognized for her great " customer service". Thanks”
