“I’ve been in an accident once before, and it was a nightmare of an experience between my insurance and the collision shop I was sent to. As soon as I was hit this time, my first thought was that I would have to deal with another bad company and how I did NOT want to go through that part again. Caliber Collision in Colmar made everything SO easy and stress-free for me. They went into detail explaining everything to me when I initially dropped the car off and exactly what they would be fixing (I know nothing about cars so this was helpful), kept me updated the entire time on repairs, and even finished the vehicle a week earlier than planned. They made it look absolutely brand new (significant front end damage to the drivers side that you cannot even tell was there now) and the paint is perfectly blended. This was the most severe accident I’ve been in, and the worst my car has looked, and they made it perfect.
Thank you to Steve who worked on my car and made it look so beautiful, and Trinity and Ashleigh for being so pleasant every time I called with a dumb question. You have made this whole experience so much easier on me and from the moment I dropped the car off, I knew I was in good hands. Steve is an honest man that is running and honest business.
I had closed my garage door on my car and already received one estimate. Wanting to compare that one, I stopped in at Classic Coachwork in Collegeville for a second opinion.
Steve looked at the damage and said that it did not necessarily need to be painted. He cleaned the area for me, and it was almost as good as new. It is not perfect, but it is 90% better and I can live with the way it looks.
I was given the option to have the part pulled off, painted and looking brand new but I opted out. Steve was willing to do the work, if that is what I wanted. He was not turning away the job, but he was also not ripping me off.
I appreciate that he did not make me feel like a complete idiot, which is how I felt when I watched him clean and buff the area.
Steve saved me a lot of money.
If my car ever needs more extensive work, I know exactly where I am going.”
“Got into a little fender bender and dented my back right bumper. So frustrated. I went around the area and collected estimates and going rate was $1200+. Came into Hayes and asked for estimate: ~$850. They worked around my busy schedule and I was able to drop off my car during closed hours and had it ready for pickup a couple of days later. “LIP was recommended to me by my tuner after I slid into a curb during some snow and and a good amount of damage to the front end of my Mk7.5 Golf R. From start to finish, they were incredibly easy to work with, arranged for their own tow truck to pick up my car same day, kept me up to date on the entire process, worked with a supplier to receive and install some after market wheels during the fix, and gave me back a car that looks/drives as good as the day I got it.I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Phil and the team did a great job and made the unfortunate event of crashing my car as painless as possible. They did great work and I would 100% recommend them if you're looking for a reputable body shop. While I hope to never see them again ;) I'm glad I came across them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again if the need arose.”

He's a good guy, will do a great job and will treat you well!And that's exactly what happened. Jon was very cooperative, did a great job, completed the car in reasonable time and gave me back my 2021 Honda CRV looking like new! He even took care of a few minor parking lot scratches, etc. - I mean it looked inside and out like a new car!
