The customer service of one of the ladies in the store was awful and she was rude. Not at all helpful nor kind. Wasn’t worth even trying to get a new phone with her.

Ron was AMAZING! was totally transparent with all fees and didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything. He gave me above and beyond service with offering advice for a better phone experience. Ron’s personality made the whole experience a 10 out of 10! Will be going to him for all future phone needs!

I had very bad experience with the associate in this shop. I am a long time AT&T customer and wanted to replace my iPhone 8 Pro with latest. The associate said I will get $350 rebate for my iPhone 8 Plus trade-in. I purchased iPhone 14 Plus. I asked them to do data transfer. It was long wait and estimated time of 3 hours for the transfer. All this time both the associate had handled my iPhone 8 Pro and had opportunity to look at the crack on the screen. They did not say anything. They could not finish the data transfer and asked me to take both phones home to finish the transfer. When I took old iPhone 8 Pro back today, there was only one male associate. This time he saw the crack in the screen and accused me of having the crack afterwards. I said to him the crack was there to begin with. He further accused me of raising my voice. He raised his voice and asked me to leave his shop. This is extremely rude behavior. I request owner of the shop talk to this associate who worked alone on Saturday, 18th February and give him lessons into dealing with the customer. He needs to strongly reprimanded and given lessons into how to talk with the customers. I will never want to visit this shop again.

So I’ve read the views and I gotta say the majority of them seem like issues with previous managers! I’ve been an AT&T customer for awhile and Ron has been my go to guy when it comes to helping me with my devices. He is so kind, patient and understanding! Not to mention very helpful! I had a bill of 800+ dollars he literally cut 300+ off my bill. This guy deserves so much because he is a honest man. I 100% recommend this guy to any and everyone! If you need help go see Ron! Not every review is a good one but this one is from the heart! THANK YOU RON!!!

I hate phone shopping because it always seems super complicated where people are more concerned with muddling the truth and upselling you instead of helping you. These concerns immediately went away when I went in where I was treated by Ron. A super honest and helpful employee of this establishment. All my concerns were fixed super easily and painlessly. Ron is an asset that is unfortunately rare to find in this day and age. This will be the only phone store for me. Highly recommended.I hope next time I go he isnt knee deep in customers after word spreads.

Beware!!!! They will steal your money!!! If I could give this store no stars i would, they lie about promotions just to steal your money and when it's time to fix the issues they create, the manager says it's not his problem after they sell the device to the customers. I was informed to take it up with corporate because they are just an authorized retail location. Karon (the manager) was very rude and should not be interacting with the public if he doesn't have the proper skills or mental capabilities to deal with people. Robert sold us on the Samsung promotion back in December 30th with 30 days to trade in a device and now he acts as if he doesn't remember who we are even though his name is on the reciept!!!You have been warned , take the time to find a Corporate store (a real store) or you will regret it. They thugs they have running the store are a disgrace (I'm black) but I see why sometimes our people can't have power!!!

Just left this store and I’m glad I stopped in! I was skeptical based on reviews, I usually go to lansdale but they closed that one. I walked in and my phone wasn’t turning on (iPhone 14 pro max) and I don’t know why. Luckily the manager I think his name is Karon knew what he was doing, took him 2 seconds and my phone was back on! I door dash so I need my main phone for work, and he helped me out! I will be returning to business with him. Thanks bro!

Lied about upgrading our service, added 2 lines without permission and refuse to take any action to resolve the issue. The employee Justin has reportedly done this with multiple customers so they just shrug off their fraud.

Was there in September was told great promotions going on , but I had to up grade my data .. ok did that, trade in Xr for a iPhone 13 no charge except taxes paid up front and 2.00 a month for 36 months ..store manager Justin was wrong that promotion actually ended before he gave it to us. Now trying to trade in the xr which he said take home and make sure everything is transferred over .. now manager Justin was fired , nothing is valid ATT will not honor what their manager said . Have to final a claim for fraud but why is it the little guy gets screwed? Loyal customer for over 15 years and this is how you treat customers went from an even trade to
att will give you 100.. total disappointment fraud fraud fraud .. check locally there are more people in our area .. worst part is the woman that works there said the promotion was over but manager Justin said no problem he can do it.. so hire crap employees and make the customer pay for it

Horrible horrrible.my 2 sons went tp upgrade 2phones.they changed my 4 lines plan 2 on 1 plan 2 on the other.insisted they cant sell phones without insurance...never again....
