This store was the ONLY one within an HOUR of me with a M12 1.25 tap. No other hardware store had it. NONE. Not only did they have the exact tool I needed but Ernie also very kindly instructed me on how to use it too! Thank you! You have my future business!

Had a bad experience with the owner today! He was extremely rude to me ? I had asked adout the exchange of craftsman tools for whatever reason. I will never spend my money in a place where the onwer can not be nice to the customers. A sorry we can not do the exchange would have been nice form the owner!

Just returned an item at 5:45pm on 6/15/2024. Lady at the return desk was rude and didn’t want to help me. It was a very simple task with simple math but she had someone behind me and they are closing in 15 mins. She said I couldn’t purchase the few items I had in my hand even though I have checked out there plenty of times. When I explained the discrepancy with her math, she told me to call general manager and talk to him. I have spent a lot of money here but will take my business elsewhere where employees are trained to help a customer and actually do their job. I’ve worked in customer service and this is unacceptable. They lost my purchase today too.
