This place is hands down the best atmosphere for purchasing phones or internet service. The whole staff is super nice and truly cares about helping you out with any questions or concerns. They don't just treat you like a customer. They treat you like a human. They interact with you and just make the whole experience better. The employees go above and beyond to help you with what you need. We have been in and out at least 20 times within 6 months, with issues with a phone that was carried over from Verizon, and they have not been upset once about seeing our repeated faces. Please be patient with them and know that they are doing all they can to help. Highly recommend this store and provider to anyone! We will continue with Xfinity as our carrier BECAUSE of this store and the vibe. Thank you so much to the crew!

I had to return my old equipment and was in and out in 5 minutes. Joe is very helpful and explained the process with ease. I would recommend this business to others.

After being told they could not give any solutions as to why my phone was black and did not turn on but he , Zachary could sell me a new phone I was sent away to I net where he could only advise that an LCD screen replacement or battery replacement for 500.$ was the only solution. I prayed, went home and googled the answer. I found that 1) holding volume down and quickly releasing 2) holding volume up quickly and releasing 3) holding in right side button until Apple logo showed up . Issue solved! Thanks for the short no help attitude , attempt Hanover Xfinity store…

Not an actual Comcast/Xfinity store. “Branded partner” store apparently this means their assistance is very limited and they don’t seem capable or interested in bridging gap/assisting between you them and actual Comcast/Xfinity.

Spent a lot of time in this store past few weeks due to getting a business phone set up. My first was a junker and then decided to BYOD from eBay. The byod was incompatable for service which stunk but finally got one that worked. Krisse and her team were very laid back and made the lengthy experience better. Would highly recommend this store over the York store. They pump people in and out even with a line you're not waiting long.

Great experience getting my new phone today. The young lady who helped me was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful…. I could go on and on. So happy I picked this store. Everyone there was the best!!

was in there today to swap a cell phone that has been giving us issues for a while now because the customer service rep I talked to last night said we would be able to because nothing else worked to fix whatever was wrong with the phone and the employee at this location said they could not help us and barely did anything to try to help us, because of this experience my father is taking his business elsewhere

Having a store nearby and being able to talk to someone in person is a real plus. Got concerns addressed and remedied in a short span of time, like about 20 minutes; I prefer in person rather than over the phone.

Made an appointment to return old gateway after receiving an upgraded gateway in the mail for no extra charge, even though download speeds have increased with the new gateway. As I pulled into the parking lot & check my phone messages, there was one from Xfinity that allowed me to check in for our appointment, which I did. We were greeted at the door by a very nice young man who immediately escorted us to his service station, and within 2 minutes he accepted our old gateway & cables, printed us a receipt, and then escorted us to the door. Absolutely fantastic customer service. This transaction could not have gone any more smoothly. Xfinity should promote this employee and have him train other Xfinity employees on professionalism, courtesy and customer service.

Very irritated and angered. Comcast came out to run our cable while I was at work and told my fiance that the only way to run the cable was under the carpet. This is BRAND NEW carpet that is now cut in two places. This is unprofessional and pure laziness. I would of ran the cable myself if I would of known that my brand new carpet would be cut and destroyed from this.

Manager did not even ask my wife name or account. We talked to a representative on phone stating we could return there product at there store.Store manager said we don't do that here.There statement was that UPS store could return Comcast product not them at Xfinity store in Hanover,on Carlisle street...Do not trust this company,there words are just for decoration.This picture of chewed plastic is more useful then this store...
