They use to be a good bank to deal with. But ever since they got new staff members. They have been nothing but rude. While I was trying to deal with a bank account problem. The bank teller used Foul language. When I remembered her that she had told me something different on the phone. I will not be using them ever again.

I have dealt with SEVERAL banks. and while this bank is place in a convent place for the locals. It is NOT a good bank to deal with if you don't live in the local area. One very few locations. Two, the phone service is awful. Think not, try it. When dealing with accounts, It is hard to get ahold of a actual person. Next is incompetence of those working there. While closing my fathers accounts, and dealing with several banks. THIS BANK was unable to do a simple procedure of closing the account, or even placing a freeze on it. Yes, they had all forms of ID and even the death certificate. But oddly, while I had all forms and MAC cards. They account had with draws. And trying to address such concerns was met with "I'll call you back" and no return call, even after a week. I suggest those who are serious about their banks. To consider a different Bank name. BBT, PNC, M&T, FULTON.. These banks I have funds in, with no issues. This is truly the first time I ever had issues with a banking system.

They need a new manager. needs to be fired. He's incredibly rude, and tries to belittle customers. Not only do customers dislike him but his employees have told me over and over how bad of a manager he is. Go somewhere else.. ANYWHERE else. If you have a problem he will NOT help you and only make problems worse.

I've gotten nothing but good service from this bank. They really do care and take time and effort to claim my money back or do refutes. The only thing I don't like is how all services are getting pushed online, making physical services a higher fee. But I see that happening other places too. I guess it just comes with the generation now...

I had an account with this bank for 2 years and my account number was stolen. I was compensated my money back but not before Christmas as I was told. When I opened my new account my branch forgot to have me sign over draft papers so now my account is really messed up! I threatened to close my account and guess what nobody cared!! I was encouraged to do my banking at WalMart's service desk. SO IF YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE YOU DO NOT MATTER & YOU LIKE JUST GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY, THIS BANK IS FOR YOU!!!
