Today my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michael Wagner. We had scheduled an appointment on line and some how we were double booked. No worries on our end though. This lovely gentleman helped us with opening our account. He’s very kind and efficient at his job. Thank you wellsfargo for taking care of us today!!!

It took a few times to finally reach them on the phone to make an appointment but it was a pleasant experience. Mike was great with us and we opened a new account. He was professional and friendly while offering assistance with various WF services.The automated phone service is the only thing that is annoying. It prompts to use the app to make an appointment. If your a Senior or someone unable to use a computer that leaves you in a pickle.

Updated review: Wells Fargo is not small business friendly. Their policies are inconvenient and not applied consistently from branch to branch. There are far better local banking options and we are moving all our accounts away from Wells Fargo

Just inquired about notary services and Cindy advised that they do them but then advised that they dont. (odd) Several accts with bank and was referred out to establishment across the street. (ALSO ODD)

I have never had such an unprofessional interaction in a bank in my life. I understand that the bank closes at 5. I was there before 5 to make a name change, they allowed me to wait around knowing they would be tied up with customers ahead of me and at 5 decided to come up to me to tell me they would be with their current customers for a while and they close at 5. They offered an appointment in which I advised them I had to leave work early to make it in and would appreciate there understanding and allowing me to wait. Cindy then advised me that they are not allowed to have anyone in the waiting area. When I asked if that meant waiting was not an option and I would have to leave, she stated that she was not telling me that I had to leave but that they are not allowed to have anyone in the waiting area. I would think that a bank, holding onto YOUR MONEY would be a little more understanding of the customers time and needs, they knew the customers they were working with would take time and still allowed me to sit and wait until 5 when she decided to tell me “I had to leave” whether those words were used or not. Unfortunately, not everyone had bankers hours and I guess that’s not their problem. This type of ignorance and blatant disrespect for the customer would explain why people are moving away from these types of banking establishments all together. I will Be switching banks.

While am i am new customer i have not had a problem yet and the staff was very nice while I was there setting up my personal and business accounts. I do agree the not having any local ATM is a pain but i am mainly using for business so i do not really need to use the ATM often. Will review again after a few months.

This is a terrible bank 1 location within a 16 mile radious no other atm's to use other than the one at the branch that is consistantly out of order my accounts are always getting hacked and when your deposit your first check into the atm you have to wait 18 days for it to clear avoid this place at all cost even if they give you a bonus to switch it is not worth the money
