Just like any other store has its ups and downs. But I prefer this store over south Hanover Walmart because the employees depending what ones are working actually do their jobs

Every time I go to this Walmart I become more discussed. There's never anyone around to help you in the different departments. The staff that are shopping for pickup customers are always in the way & have no regard for the customer actually shopping in the store. To top it off you get to self checkout & when you're finished the person overseeing you doing their job questions whether or not you scanned all your items and at times will even rummage through your bags.

Everything been good with this Walmart till the day we noticed we been giving out babies some really bad formula ( sensitive).
Please smell those cans before you mix them for your babies!! Some of them smell horrible!

What's up with keeping the groceries stocked!!!??!! Hardly any prepackaged lettuce. Numerous empty shelves throughout????

This is Walmart still has a vast array of supplies in their lawn and garden in spite of moving some items to clearance. You'll find lots of grills and plants. Some plants are starting to show their age lol. Their clearance isles are always packed with unique items. Be sure to check out this Walmart next time you're in Hanover PA.
Surrounded by lots of other shopping destinations this is a great place to pick up groceries and other last minute items.

It's hard to find what you're looking for and the heart are hardly any employees on the floor that can actually help you with what you need but the prices are okay

So, here is how you do not treat a customer at customer service when they come to you and ask if anyone has seen a bag that may have been left behind at self check out the customer service representative behind the service counter briefly looked through a book rather than look behind the counter for lost items. She then was very quick to tell me it was my fault for leaving the bag behind which I understand it is, but why bring it upI wasn’t accusing them or saying it was their fault but she was very quick and very defensive. I think some extra training will go along way. Oh, and one more thing don’t over talk the customer when he’s trying to explain to you things that’s rude. Thank you.

Today I needed to get my fishing license. I waited with my kids at the sporting goods counter for 10 minutes and pushed the call button twice. I then went to customer service at the front of the store and asked them to page someone to the sporting goods department to do a fishing license. I walked back and waited. This time 7 employees walked past us and didn’t say a word. I left the store frustrated. I went to WE Sells sporting goods and got a license. Walmart at Eisenhower is too preoccupied with social agendas rather than doing their priority as a business and helping customers. South Hanover Walmart is better.
