Y'all, I'm the laughing stock of that place (in good fun, I hope) long story short i locked myself out of my new phone, when I only had it for a total of 3 hours. Went to Verizon the next day and Kristen was able to work her tech savvy skills and get past the 2 step Google verification. Was there for like, 2 hours. So, thanks girl.

Lauren, Wallace and Emily have been phenomenal in regards to handling my account. They've done everything from military deployments, first responder benefits, gizmo watches for my children, and saving incredibly important data I needed to keep from one phone to another. Even more so recently I have gotten to deal with Hailey and she's been great and has her stuff together!
