My personal experience is quite torn. When our regular route LADY is delivering it seems to all go well with except for an occasional wrong piece of mail.
BUT, when the fill in MAN delivers, there is ALWAYS a mess. Wrong mail, very late mail, and missing mail. He once saw me outside and called out to me to come get a package for me so that he didn’t have to walk 2 doors up the street to deliver it to my house. And what’s the reason Postal rates keep going up ?

We have received wonderful service from all the mail people. They are kind and considerate of our age and physical condition and even greet our barking puppy.

Horrible post office..since I moved in this 17331 area.i haven't been receiving mail often and they come out only when they can. I thought mail was rain ,sleet or snow I called and spoke with some one about no mail.being delivered and was told they skip days when they are short staffed. Very inconsiderate practice. Only been living here 6 months and hardly receiving mail

I have been tracking a package for a week now. Tracking info says it’s been received at USPS but “waiting for acceptance” for FOUR DAYS now. I called the USPS Hanover and shockingly got through to someone. She said they don’t have the package. So where is it then, the North Pole?
Two days later & I can’t even get a hold of anyone. Nobody will answer the phone after trying 5 times all morning.
Our delivery person at home likes to shove and cram as much stuff as possible in the mailbox even if removing it will likely cause damage. This happens no matter who delivers.
This location is a mess. They’re probably overwhelmed at the office, and the drivers are poorly trained or just don’t care

This post office is the absolute worst, the number they provide no one ever answers ..rings 10 times then straight to a busy signal..how are you supposed to have your questions answered, when they don't even answer their phone.. ever.. so tired of the issues with this post office, it is the worst I have ever seen in my life. Do your job.. like everyone else has to.

I receive more damaged, late, and then missing packages from USPS and this location in particular then anywhere I have been. FedEx, UPS, etc, virtually no issue with things close to ontime and not damaged in comparison.

Never open during the hours posted. They take long lunch breaks and don’t reopen at 3:15. I stood there until 3:53 today and finally left. Ridiculous.

here at 19 E walnut st Apartments hanover pa the postmen are leaving the packages outside the mailbox and the packages are supposed to be left in the mailbox locker and not outside the locker I was waiting for my packages and suddenly the postman arrived and he left the packages thrown outside the mailbox and I told him that those packages that he left lying around are mine and I told him that next time he should leave them in the locker and the woman postman told me that they were told to leave them outside and I I told him that here at 19 E Walnut St Hanover a lot of packages are stolen but the postmen don't care at all and he left laughing and I got so angry but nothing can be done here I'm seeing a lot of new postmen in Hanover it seems that they do not understand or care about the packages, that many of the packages cost a lot of money so postmen be responsible and do their job well as it should be, thank you

I'm new to the area and getting settled. I've had three interactions with the post office, each time with a different employee and they've been incredibly kind and helpful. I went to the office to request a new mailbox key for my building and the lady working was nothing but kind and helpful. The gentleman that installed the key was the same, he even help sort out the mail from the old tenant. And today, I called to get information about a P.O. box since I've had boxes stolen at my building. The gentleman answering my questions was patient and made sure I had a clear understanding of the process. Really happy with the experiences I've had with them thus far.
