The clerk here with the grey hair needs fired. She screamed at me for not having a box when they have helped me plenty of time with spare boxes they have laying around. We have come here several times in past and always with this single clerk I have issues. She literally screamed at me all over a box. Highly don't recommend.

Called to see if they had a certain box in stock, 35x6x44 Art Box, which they did. They asked if they were going to be packing it up and shipping also and I told them no, that I was going to be doing the packing and creating the label myself. I used to work for a UPS Store and know how to pack property. So then I was told that I wasn't able to purchase just the box because that box size is "rare" and they only use that box for things they are packing and shipping for the customer in the store. I feel this is a bad business practice and I have NEVER heard of another UPS Store doing this during my time working for UPS Store or as a customer. Like why refuse your store a sale? As for the person I spoke with on the phone, she was very nice. However, whoever the guy was relaying her the information in the background on the call was the one that said I couldn't purchase the box.
Always got complaints about the Hanover store when I worked at the Westminster, MD location. Now I see why. Poor business practices.

I've been there 3 times in the last 2 months...very friendly and helpful every time. I forgot to package a return, told me how I can do with least amount of cost and would not have to make an extra trip back.

Went there today with a one pound box to be send ground to north Carolina was told it would be 27.98 left went to post office was charged 4dollars called in and talked to a man that said he was owner all he would say is rates went up he could have cared less when I told him what mail charged he said they charge by weight wonder what they charge for a two lb. Box ?

Recent change in management & staff. The improvement is so marked that we asked about it. Amie, the manager, is highly professional & friendly. We will start coming back to this UPS Store on a regular basis. Highly recommend it.

Been here 3 times trying to ship something. The entire staff was rude each time. Always try to charge for extra packaging. Tried to charge me $150 to ship something. Shipped it out of Kinkos in Frederick for $47. Don't waste your time with this place.
