Was told by the girl at the counter that she "could handle packages, but she didn't like to because it is tedious." She was completely rude about it and ultimately wasn't able to send my pre-labled package. Don't waste your time at this place.

This place will not take boxes if they are not small. What is the point of being a UPS drop off if they will not take a box that is 3'x2'x1'.
