Large selection of fine cigars and pipe tobacco. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. The lounge was very nice and clean as was the entire store. Highly recommend.

I stopped at the shop in Hanover last Wednesday. And for the 5th time since September they were more than half out of stock cigars. The Drew Estates were completely empty as usual.
When I asked the guy working there about the situation, he said they sell out of them as soon as they come in. He also said that they have been working on opening the Carlisle store, so the stock has been going there. Incidentally, I have had other friends report the same findings.
So then I asked when the next shipment would be in and which day so I could have a chance at my favorite cigars. He said it could take a month!
I have a gift card that I can't use. I don't want a different brand of cigar, I want the ones I like.
I guess the next time I stop at the shop, I'll ask to cash out my gift card and not come back. There's plenty of other places to score Drew Estates.

I always enjoy stopping in at Union Cigar. They do a great job here (as well as over at their downtown Gettysburg location). Clean and welcoming store and lounge, a knowledgeable staff who is always willing to help you find something or answer questions you may have. The lounge space at this Hanover location is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of comfy seats and a clientele that’s easy to chat with. I wish I lived closer and could be a “regular,” but when I get the chance, I don’t mind the cross-county drive. They host some great events throughout the year, too (like this weekend’s Smoketoberfest). Check ‘em out for some quality smokes.

New to the area and looking for a small reputable place to buy my cigars from and looked to support a local business, this is the perfect place, very knowledgeable staff and helped me out as I am new to cigars so to say. They have an awesome 24 hour lounge for VIP Members who possess a membership and an awesome cigar catering trailer that they can take to events of your choosing!

They did not have the cigars we were looking for, but were very helpful with suggesting other similar cigars. Extremely welcoming, not at all like the cigar snobs at CI.

Won't go nowhere else to get my cigarette rolling stuff ... greatly nice and big... great service and smells good everyday and every time I walk in there... LOL I'm sure the center piece in the room is a nice big incent holding thing .... is super groovy ... love getting some Everytime I go there... yeah plus there price value is SLaMm'N compared To the rest of the stores around a 30 mile radius that sells tobacco products.... This store is for certain the most affordable store guaranteed... to tell u the truth I honestly can't imagine anyone in the world being at all unsatisfied with this store so.... enjoy it ... as I did and still do... hope my overview outlook of my experience helps many chose there next place to go ?
