It's a conveinance store. It's not a 5 star fine dining facility and if lots of stores do not have public bathrooms. Why not rate these folks on the service provided, manners, professionalism etc because I've had nothing but extremely friendly people wait on me checking out, I live nearby and used to go their at least once a week for something late at night and theres really nice people there. Their cred card reader is terrible outside but they are always easy going and explain how it works if you want to pay inside. Never had credit card issues after using it there. People downrating the place maybe have ubrealistic expectations I'd say. They should break their rules on bathroom usage for just you because you're more important than the rest of us? It is a job and they have to follow rules. Think b4 you judge. Walk a mile in a mans shoes before you judge the man....

Only gas station that I came 28 year old child needed to use the restroom all other Turkey hills and Hanover PA including McSherrystown New Oxford have bathrooms for public use especially children I walked in not very friendly coming from the 2 representatives or cashiers they just shook their head and said the bathroom which is ridiculous but I left it at that because some people just don't like to do their full due diligence and what they get paid to do they think all they have to do is run the cash register and sometimes you actually have to interact with customers or clean bathrooms Restock shelves replace expired etc et cetera etc I make sure I will go out of my way to not use this Turkey Hill on Frederick street it is 8:30 PM on Saturday to limit who actually it's working anyway I think since Turkey Hill got bought over 5 years ago they went downhill in every way they should get rid of all Turkey hills and change them to wawa

Wish the ladies behind the counter could all work a register. Most of them can't even tell you the total. If you love standing at the counter being ignored then this is the place for you! Dude with all the jewelery should probably look at serv safe rules. I don't think the store has a mop and bucket. The air machine costs 1.75 and is behind their storage shed. Not accessible to cars or anything really. If another gas stationed opened in mcsherrystown it would put them out of business fast. Bring me the Rutters!
