[Life] happens, but it's about how you correct it that really matters. Mike (on floor) Riley (security) & Doug (mgmt) really have their stuff together. Talk about a power house! Thank you for saving my day from going very poorly. Y'all should be national trainers for Target in customer service skills. I hope you gentlemen receive the recognition you deserve! I was desperately calling the store to see if they had an item I misplaced yesterday and nobody answered. I called 6 times to different departments and never got an answer. I am so frustrated with the Hanover Target. I was on each call for over 5 minutes, waiting for someone to be kind.

I love shopping here but when we do the check out a lady named Chris couldn't even make small conversation and be polite and was just there to make money and not show proper welcoming customer service

(This visit was made during the times of Covidious earlier this month. When things return to a look of normality - your experience likely will vary.)The old lady decided on a whim that she wanted to stop here to find a particular birthday present for her niece. According to the Target website this store had it in stock and ready to go.We get here and head to their toy department and the section in general is a mess. Lots of empty shelf spaces, slopped up displays, etc. Also, of course, said items were nowhere to be seen.Also not to be seen were any employees to ask for help but eventually she tracks down someone over in electronics who calls someone, who calls someone, who calls someone who confirms that the website is wrong-no they don't have this item-it's supposedly not available in store as he claimed it was online only.So be it except we decided on our way to the hotel in York to stop at the Target there on York Crossing Drive and naturally they had it in stock.Never. Again.
