I was desperately calling the store to see if they had an item I misplaced yesterday and nobody answered. I called 6 times to different departments and never got an answer. I am so frustrated with the Hanover Target. I was on each call for over 5 minutes, waiting for someone to be kind.

I love shopping here but when we do the check out a lady named Chris couldn't even make small conversation and be polite and was just there to make money and not show proper welcoming customer service
