Driest bowl of nachos I’ve ever had in my life. No salsa, no chili, no taco sauce, all of which I had ordered. And some of the nachos were so stale that I couldn’t chew them. Made to order food….made missing half the ingredients. I hear WaWa is coming to town. I wonder if they will have nachos.

I was in the sheets this morning. And my card kept declining all I was trying to get was an extra large coffee. The cashier at the front named Sarah was very nice and polite and paid for me and I just wanted to recognize.

This Sheetz has an incredible staff, and their made to order food is bar none when compared to the other Sheetz around this area. We live closest to the Manchester location, but we will drive to the Hanover store just for the food. They just do such an excellent job.

This Sheetz is so awesome. I didn't look at the name, but one of the managers was the sweetest person I've ever met. After a year filled with famiilial deaths, the kindness that she showed to me and my sister was so appreciated.

Used to be decent but will not return. Food was cold and made wrong. Happened the past 3 times and I give up on this location. Might as well go to the littlestown location.

On 4/14 they forgot to give me my French toast and syrup. I called and spoke with Diane who was pleasant and said I could come back and get it. I returned with my receipt later that day and decided to order a salad while I’m waiting on my French toast and syrup and requested that my chicken is separate from my salad and I know Diane told the cook because I heard her tell them on the walkie talkie. Long story short I waited a good 35 minutes for my order. I asked if my French toast was in the bag, the guy with the curly hair said “yes”.Next thing you know the pregnant lady hands me my French toast as I’m leaving. At this point I’m tired and frustrated because of the long wait. I opened my bag to put the box of French toast in and they put my chicken with my salad. I told them and all the pregnant lady said was “I forgot, I can drop another one” I had to wait another 10 minutes for the chicken. No apology for the wait or messing up my order for the 2nd time in 1 day. I get on my drive and start to eat my French toast, couldn’t believe these people never gave me my syrup! On top of that they never sliced my homestyle chicken. I will never come back to this location. And will be emailing the corporate office.

This is the BEST Sheetz EVER! There is a special kind of peach green tea that am in love with that is not easy to find. This Sheetz not only keeps them in stock but also orders them and keeps cases on hand for me in the back. I could go on and on about how awesome the manager is as well as other staff.

Great made to order subs and the salad was huge. Fast service and I ordered on the app. Very friendly staff. The subs were very fresh! The bread is delicious.
