Thank goodness for a sheetz run! Ran to a popular chain restaurant up the road for four drinks, waited 25 minutes for sodas and left without the drinks or a refund- so happy to land in sheetz land, go our drinks in less than five minutes everyone was happy

What even is this? I ordered what is exactly on the paper and this is what I got? Sheetz in Hanover has to be the worst sheetz ever. I can’t expect nothing less I should have known, I’ve never had a good experience here. What kind of people do you have making food because they can’t have a full functioning brain. Don’t even wanna give it 1 star.

I love fresh brewed ice tea and I have been going for years to Sheetz in Hanover to get my tea and a sandwich. Now they’re no longer fresh brewing every day and I won’t be back because I won’t go to two different places to get my drink and food. Bad move fresh is always better!!!

Me and my husband went there late night. He asked about buying wine the night shift girl refused to sell it and was rude. I was using restroom there but my husband told me later that she was looking at us like racist person.

The long haired blonde boy with glasses came into my store with a buddy on Sunday and tried to steal. He was wearing his Sheetz uniform when he did it. When caught he "apologized for the inconvenience." Since when is theft an "inconvenience" and not a crime? This location is extremely close to my store and thus far Sheetz has done about this criminal.

Ok, let’s level set here. First of all, I’ve given this Sheetz location five stars. Why? It’s a gas station for crying out loud.When I was a kid, gas station food consisted of prepackaged sandwiches that were out of date. There was no such thing as mobile ordering or made to order subs. You got gas, maybe a soda and some chips.Sheetz does a fantastic job of getting you what you ordered. You can pump your gas and slide into a curbside spot.As I read through some of the other reviews, I realize we’ve been spoiled. Sheetz is not a Michelin star restaurant. It’s a place to get fuel.What sets Sheetz apart are clean bathrooms, places to sit and eat your made to order food, outlets for a laptop and other amenities.I love the chicken wings and the burritos. When I order food, it’s typically consistent. The one or two times it isn’t that great, I give them a pass. Why? Because it’s a gas station. ⛽️Sheetz disappoints me maybe 5 to 10% of the time. The other 90+ percent, they do exceedingly well.As far as this location goes, I love it. I’m here all the time and have no complaints. If something isn’t right, they will do their best to fix it.Just my two cents.

Every single time I get a cheesy pretzel from you guys it is always cold when I get it. Not hot on the outside but still cold in the middle--it is literally cold to the touch. I'm not sure how you can't ever tell that what is supposed to be a HOT pretzel is COLD TO THE TOUCH. It's my favorite snack and you guys always mess it up.

Just terrible, ordered food off the app said it would take 14 minutes, it took 36 mins I get its approximate but come on now over 22 mins longer than the estimate? Kinda ridiculous and it was cols so add that t9 the list
